After paying the price they charge this is a hoax. They delivered fruits that were over ripped and some spoilt. Flowers that were wilted and cake that was wrapped in plastic. Terrible for the price they charge. I would not order from them again. There are others out there, with better service and less money too!

I am very disappointed with this website..it was a birthdaycake and i ordered on time but cake was not delivered on the day..It was a surprise and we failed coz of this website instead of calling three times it never delivered.can any one help me with their management i realy wanna write an email to them aboit this wonderful service they are giving to cutomers..

Wrong product was delivered. The quality of product was poor. Customer service didn't solve the problem and in turn argued with Us. Never gonna buy products from this company. Cheaters.

Order never reaches in time, and even items missing from late delivery.
They are bunch of thieves & cheats- conning Indians residing outside India, who send gifts to their kins on festival occasions.

The order that I placed for a special occasion arrived spoiled and no refund was given. Poor customer service. Beware! While the navigation and site is well designed, products listed are attractive, don't fall for it. The real service/values of any company is determined when something goes wrong.

When you place order on their website, they never mentioned anything untill you phone them and find out about delivery. Then they come with terms & condition and so many excuses and by the time you do not have any options left to make another arrangement..
I can say in other words its online cheating and suggest everyone not to use this site otherwise you will loose your money...

Bank statement is showing money withdrawn from account and order tracking is displaying card decline. Miss the occassion to deliver items.
SERVICE IS SUCKS

received flowers and fruit basket from andy giani for my aunt this morning. and i mus say i am absolutely disappointed. 1. the fruit was delivered in a really shoddy basket and most of it was rotten. 2.it was delivered by a coolie and no acknowledgement taken 3. the flowers were really cheap and it was a very small bouquet not even close to the image on your website. 4. earlier this morning i saw this package being packed on the roadside in a local market just outside the delivery address really sickening to be cheated by tajonline.com hope you take this seriously and process a refund on priority I have kept the package aside for you to examine pl do so on priority

I am buying several products including electronics, gift items and cakes online since last 1 year and happy to say that Tajonline team is fast, friendly and provide good products at good rates.

I had ordered for a diamond rakhi and a rakhi thali to be delivered 2 days prior to RakhshaBandhan. When there was no delivery made on time, I called the customer service and all the agent could say was "We are trying our best ma'am"..When someone places an order a month before the delivery date and if you still get a lousy answer like that a day after the preferred delivery date, what kind of service am I to even expect out of them. The agent said she would get her manager to call (coz the manager was not in office even at 10:30 am), I never received a call.
The delivery finally got made at 23 Aug, 2010 afternoon but guess what they sent us...3 FREAKING PACKETS OF DRY FRUITS!!!!!! I mean hell...why would I order dry fruits for Rakhshabandhan...are they even useing their common sense????
I have asked for an immediate refund for this and hope that they do at least this in time! LOL
They ruined the moment for me though...do NOT try this service ever even if they offer it for free!!

The cake which was received by my broher was the worst cake he has had in his life.it looked cheap and tasted even worse.I am sure you guys made a lot of profit coz the cake was sent from one of those cheap roadside small shops,without considering the quality facoty AT ALL.I think i made a mistake booking cake thorugh your website coz i spoiled his bday start with that ugly cake.NEVER goin to book anythin from your website again and will warn all my friends all over the world as well.

It was my 8 year old niece birthday and i had completely missed it out untill i realised 1 day before the day.

Thanks a ton to tajonline who delivered a cake within 14 hrs of placing my order. Post that i sent a nice gift to Hanu. Since then he has only asked for car toys.
