Bought hardwall version. Eventually got hang of using it - the diagram instructions are a bit vague - and yes it does penetrate wall but not by much. The hardwall version is advertised as holding 10kg... Toon meer
I have been using my hard wall Takker for two years now and it’s one of the best tools I have. It’s easy to use and takes less than a minute to drill the tiny hole and insert the plug. I am in my 70s... Toon meer

Don’t waste your time/money - likely scam
Ordered 7th Jan.
Still no item received in post.
Inconsistent replies to emails, addressing me by incorrect name (could be a typo but beginning to think they’re are just taking the piss!) and no reply to subsequent emails requesting an update. Have since emailed again requesting a refund… surprise surprise, no response. A complete scam, don’t bother, and if not a scam - awful (non-existent customer service). Several other reviews like this in recent days on Facebook. I placed one earlier today - strangely, it disappeared from their Facebook page.

Absolutely diabolical I placed an order on the 13th of January. It is now the 27th of January and I still have not received anything not a single word from the company even though I’ve tried to contact them on social media around through their customer service I’m starting to think it’s a scam.

Cheap plastic doesn't work
Cheap plastic. Takkers get stuck. Didn't work on any wall in my house. Fiddly to unscrew. Total waste of money.

Fantastic tool
Fantastic tool. Works brilliantly - as well as the adverts show. At the grand old age of 48 I put up my first picture. And have put up another 5 pictures that have been waiting at least 3 months for my husband to do this. Liberating! Also, fantastic service. Had a small issue and they resolved it easily and quickly without any fuss. Everyone house should have one!
