Our firm option is designed to deliver enhanced stability and proper spinal alignment, especially for those who prefer a more supportive feel. It’s wonderful to know that it’s meeting your expectations so well.

Hi,
Thank you so much for your kind review. We’re absolutely delighted to hear that our Flat Latex Pillows are a great fit for you.
We understand that many pillows available in stores can feel too high, especially for back or stomach sleepers who prefer a lower profile. That’s exactly why we designed the Talatex Flat Latex Pillow (Low Profile) — to provide proper neck alignment and gentle support without excessive height. We’re so pleased that you found this style suitable for your needs.
It’s also wonderful to know that you found the product description and measurements helpful when making your decision. We strive to provide clear and detailed information online so our customers can choose with confidence.
And of course, we’re glad the delivery was fast and smooth.
Thank you again for choosing Talatex and for taking the time to share your experience. We hope your pillow continues to provide you with many comfortable and restful nights ahead.

Hi,

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review. We are absolutely delighted to hear that your topper arrived within just two business days and that you are enjoying the quality and comfort.

We’re especially pleased that you chose the “UK only” option and experienced such fast delivery. We always aim to dispatch from the nearest warehouse to ensure a smooth and efficient service for our UK customers, so it’s wonderful to know that everything went seamlessly.

It’s also great to hear that you tried latex in person beforehand and made an informed decision. As you rightly mentioned, natural latex provides a supportive, responsive feel rather than a deep sinking or plush sensation. Our Talatex toppers are crafted using the Dunlop process, offering a balanced firmness (22–30 ILD) designed to relieve pressure while maintaining proper spinal alignment.

We’re truly thrilled to know that your neck and shoulder pain from your firm spring mattress has completely improved after just one week. That kind of feedback means the world to us, as our mission is to help customers experience healthier, more restorative sleep through high-quality natural latex products.

Thank you again for your recommendation and for choosing Talatex. We hope your restful and pain-free sleep continues for many nights to come.

Hi,
Thank you very much for sharing your feedback with us. We’re delighted to hear that you found the pillows beautifully presented and comfortable — that truly means a lot to us.
We understand your comment about the pillow being a bit flatter than expected. Based on your description, it sounds like you purchased our Flat Latex Pillow (Low Profile), which is specially designed for stomach sleepers. This pillow is intentionally made thinner than our other styles to help reduce neck strain and maintain a more natural spinal alignment when sleeping face down.
For stomach sleepers, a lower-profile pillow is generally recommended because a higher pillow can cause the neck to bend backward excessively, leading to discomfort over time. That said, we completely understand that comfort preferences are personal, and the “right” height can vary from person to person.
If after using it for a few more nights you feel you would prefer a slightly higher pillow, we would be more than happy to provide guidance on alternative options that may better match your expectations. Your comfort and satisfaction are always our top priorities at Talatex.
Thank you again for your support and for choosing Talatex. We truly appreciate your trust in us.
