The worst customer service. I say that because they don’t respond to anything of your emails. I ordered a pair of pants.they shipped the pair and then a day later it was canceled and I never got a refund now I have to dispute it with my credit card company. They don’t have a phone number so I emailed them three times and they never responded back to me.

So I’ve bought the heavyweight hoodie, sweats, 3 mock neck t-shirts, 6 drop shoulder t-shirts, lightweight sweats, and a pair of briefs. For reference, everything is a size XL unless otherwise specified. I’m 6’4” (193cm) and 210lbs. This is the breakdown:

- heavyweight sweats and hoodie are heavyweight fabric, that’s for sure. The stitching is absolutely atrocious though. After a few wears and one wash, the underarm stitching on the hoodie and back pocket stitching on the sweats have both started to tear/break. Super disappointing since these are supposedly the premium offering. They also shed fuzz like nothing I’ve ever owned before. It’s truly incredible, and not in a good way lol.

- the mock neck shirts are good quality and have held up well with time. I should probably mention that I cold wash and air dry all of these clothes. With that said, the color of the shirts hasn’t faded at all. The black remains a deep black, green still has the same shade/intensity, etc. I bought these in XXL to see if they’d fit like an oversized, drop shoulder tee and they do. sorta. these are the best thing talentless makes in my opinion.

- the drop shoulder tees are decent but the stitching quality on these is also terrible. One shirt has its stitches tearing where the tag is sewn in and there are visible holes at the neckline. Others have small holes in the waistline seam, or just straight up holes in the fabric itself. they’re also not really drop shoulder or oversized fit; they wear and fit like a regular t-shirt.

- the lightweight sweats are fine. I ordered an XXL in these to see how big Talentless will go for a larger size, and let me tell you, they definitely go big here. I’m a 35/36 inch inseam and I have to roll cuff these 2-3 times to get them short enough. The waist is big but not as big as I’d expect from an XXL. Not a knock on the sweats though, I actually like these since the stitching and seams haven’t torn after 5-6 wears and two washes.

- briefs look and feel like lulu briefs but are worse quality. they’re already fraying at the seams, pilling, etc. Super comfortable though.

overall, pretty disappointing for the price. getting these on sale was the right choice but I wouldn’t buy the heavyweight stuff or drop shoulder tees again. there are better brands for blanks and basics in this price range that don’t cut corners. it’s a shame because the fabric itself feels pretty good and the design of the heavyweight sweats and hoodie is understated and attractive. I bought the mock neck shirts first and liked them a lot, so I bought all the other stuff at a later sale. Ended up being disappointed at their other offerings. Would only recommend their mock neck t-shirts.

Clothes are definitely over rated and over priced for what you get. Costco sweatpants are even better than these. Nothing special at all and return policy sucks big time. I returned a few things and they accepted some but the others they sent back saying they smelled good lol. What a joke and will never buy here again. Not worth it all.

Personally i love the men’s tees. The premium tee is my go to but i have the mock for more stylish occasions. Every so often they do a 6 pack for $99 that’s a really good deal

Quality is amazing and I love how effortlessly stylish, trendy, and comfortable the pieces are! Everything fits perfectly and feels incredibly soft. The quality is great and I received my items so quickly. I've washed my Tees several times and they don't shrink at all.

i would give 0 stars. order placed a month ago. No order received, no tracking info. sent multiple e-mails, no response. Called customer service, mail box full.

I ordered 6 T-shirts for my husband. No issues. I then ordered a few sweat pants and accidentally forgot to put in my promo code which took $40 off my order. Less than 60 seconds after placing the order and having my card charged I emailed customer service asking for their assistance to apply the code and refund me the difference. I was told they cannot do this and that I will need to return the entire order and then re-purchase everything and then apply the code. I then asked if I could cancel my order as it had not shipped yet. My first order took over 1 week to ship. As soon as I requested that the order be cancelled I suddenly got a notification that the order magically shipped after only having just placed the order less than 30 minutes ago. I have never known a company who was able to find all the products AND ship them within 30 minutes. Therefore, I was told it was too late to cancel the order as it has shipped. When I looked at the tracking, the order didn’t ship until a week later.

They have no phone number terrible costumer service as they do not answer your e mails . Don’t order they ship weeks later you don’t get a tracking number they yep suck .

I ordered 3 items from here hoping for cute cropped pregnancy shirts. I tried them on once, then decided I didn’t like how they fit. I sent them back, and got an email stating quality control team says they’re not in “new condition” because they “smell like perfume”. I tried them on ONE TIME. I didn’t wear them around the house or out anywhere. I tried them on ONCE. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Website was easy to navigate and everything I purchased for my wife fit perfect.

I’ve been trying to return the item and continue to get an error message. The pants are huge and I cannot wear them.

I ordered with expectation if it met discerning eye of Scott it just might work for me. It did. Great fit, light enough to wear during summer and very comfortable for lazy days. I ordered a second pair. Proof enough that it met my needs.

Excellent quality, fit was perfect! Shipped right away! Very satisfied!

Be cautious of these “sales,” everyone! I took advantage of the buy one get one free offer, but they only shipped one pack. When I contacted customer service, they explained that I should have added two items to the cart. I get that, but it’s an easy mistake to make during checkout. When I asked if they could honor the deal, they just said “sorry for the inconvenience” and gave me a link to process a return. Not the best way to treat a customer, in my opinion!

This company is the worst! Their customer service needs A LOT of training. They messed up two orders, they took weeks to get an exchange, their website doesnt work properly when you try to do an exchange it doesnt show the actual items in stock so if you have to exchange your item good luck may god bless you and give you plenty of patience because you will have a blast trying to get your item exchanged, hoping they send the correct item, because they kept messing my order over and over. I tried calling them left several vm and im still waiting after 2 months. I wont ever be buying from them if anyting go to Revolve their customer service is outstanding, something Talentless (which the name says it) need to learn from.

I would have literally given them a zero but had to put at least one to review- ABSOLUTELY AWFUL DO NOT BUY!!! I could not be more dissatisfied. The quality has gone down, I have the original sweatshirt and it’s amazing this time around seems super cheap and something from Old Navy .. the worst part of all the is their customer service or lack off!! Zero empathy and understanding - I returned my purchase which was a sweatshirt and sweat pants, the next day and it was returned to me saying it was u acceptable, they found hair and did not look like new - literally it was back in the mail the next day - I tried calling no one answers and I emailed, by my 9th email they finally answered saying it was their strict policy - I think it’s a SCAM!! Their quality of clothes declined and now they claim “strict” return policy to try and make money because if they found hair on the product how else are you suppose try it on, with a shower cap! Really disgusting the way they treat their customers!! Again do not buy I couldn’t be anymore clearer!!

Cloth is not as thick as it appears in photos.not worth the money.

The dye from the clothing stained my couch and spread onto my skin. What cheap crap. Another cheap brand with a ridiculous mark up. Don’t waste your money!
