Ordered items of clothing back in 2025, bought a lot of items as he stated the company was closing and he was opening up a new company.

Items never received and I got a message in November to say there had been an issue and he wanted to offer me his new merch, to which I said no as I’d already waited weeks for my ordered and requested a full refund !

It’s now February 2026 and I’m still waiting on my refund and his now ignoring all of my messages ! Stating he cannot pay it back until he gets paid by his new job!

I was going to support the new business but after this I definitely won’t be doing that!

Stole my money he reached out to me to sell me his products endless lies ni refund or product received

Never to recieve a refund.

This company reached out to my partner to endorse their buisness after we had one successful delivery.
they stated if he purchased an item of clothing he would receive an item for free and all he needed to do was post it on his socials.
so, wanting to support what we thought was an amazing buisness supporting mental health he purchased the item.

its been well over a YEAR!! maybe even 2 now, we're yet to receive any items, purchased or free and to make matters worse after months and several attempts to get a refund still nothing.

if you dive deeper you will notice a company name change and several people in fact a huge amount of people on thier social media channels having the same issues.

trying to support mental health awareness yet robbing people in the process.

would not reccomend.

Took my money off of me and wouldn’t confirm order placed; asked 3 times for my confirmation and was ignored.

For a company whose message is supporting mental health; you absolutely abuse those you say you support. Interestingly the website is no longer live too but still posting in TikTok about stock - absolute worst of the worst prying on people under the premise of supporting mental health

In love with this brand. The quality of the clothing is spot on. Customer service is great always updating you on postage deadlines. Fast response if you've got any questions. I've ordered hoodies that are great and loving spreading positivity through the clothing brand

Ordered several items now from Talkco & they are fab quality, communication is always excellent. I love the concept behind the brand and always get comments from people when I wear them.
Will defo be buying more and continuing to support.

Recently purchased a hoody and a tee and asked them to surprise me with the print. And omg I am so happy with them. The quality of them is second to none” the hoody is so thick and the print is unreal. I love what talkco stand for as a brand spreading positivity everywhere through clothing . Which is what we need in the world right now. I even had a lady come up to me in the shop saying how beautiful it was to see that and that I made her day and she needed to hear that today. Even if it helps 1 person or makes someone smile in a day I would say that’s a job well done. They are also so nice to deal with and customer service is brilliant. Can’t fault a single thing. Well done guys 👍

I recently purchased 2 hoodies and omg the quality is second to none and the prints are so good I can't recommend them enough, I've told everyone that I know or who has asked me about them when out and about about them and recommend them to go and have a look as they do other items aswell
Since this purchased I have ordered other items as I know I'm not going to be disappointed.

I have bought many items off talk co several jumpers tshirts and joggers they all came within 10 days and I've had many compliments off people passing by saying how the talk co messages on my clothes has made them happy or made their day they are a small business but definetlu worth getting from the clothes are great quality so comfy and look great
