Völlig unsinnige Anfragen, permanente Emails der App mit Aufforderung auf kostenpflichtige Version umzusteigen - Fazit: totaler Schrott, Finger weg!

Tengo que darle una buena puntuación, a pesar de que hay gente de todo tipo, hay gente extraña, malintencionada, ghosting, perfiles falsos... como en todas las aplicaciones para conocer gente, que es lo que es. Y es cierto que eso no lo controlan bien.

Pero esta ha sido la única aplicación en la que he encontrado amigos, he crecido como persona y me ha enseñado mucho, de idiomas y de la vida.

Aparte, es necesario pagar la suscripción de pago, porque la gratuita no te deja ver a personas que están cerca de ti (esa es la diferencia entre ellas).

Nobody is willing to learn a language,nor they know how ,it's basically just a platform with contacts availability with no helpful leads,on top of that the customer service is useless and ban you for non reasons ,money wasted and better not even to give it a try,you'll be disappointed..

Do not use this app. Full of scammers. The app itself seems to be run by scammers. I subscribe for one year and they banned me with no explaination.

ban sans aucune raison , ils suffit que des gens vous signales juste car il ne vous aiment pas ou invente n'importe quoi au service client , et le service client vous ban ilico presto , et sans fournir la moindre peuvent du pourquoi du comment juste ils disent que des membres vous signales et ils vous ban c'est simple juste vous dite ( Bonjour tu vas bien ? ) la personne vous bloque et vous signale et vous pouvez vous faire bannir juste pour sa . une pure daube et bien évidement quand ils vous ban pas la peine de refaire un compte , ils vous bloque le compte google . ip , num de téléphone , et téléphone ou vous avez cree le compte donc il faut tout changer pour refaire un compte , non merci aurevoir et a jamais et n'installer jamais cette apps de m.rde service client nullissime ( hellotalk) et 100 fois mieux que cette daube et le service client vous ignore quand vous leur envoyer des mails. on a vite compris comment ils en on rien a cirer

I got from Italian guy Sexmassages, like which color my hair in my intimate zone is etc...and some jokes about blond hair on head an in the intimate zone, I wrote that in the reference of that guy to warn other woman. I didn`t say dirty words, I just wrote what he had written to me. Than I was accused of mobbing. Because it looks like for tandem a woman who is sexually harressed needs to be silent because when saying the truth its mobbing...mybe the guys pay and tandem needs the customers, but in a time of "me too" it souldn´t be okay to keep women silent and learn langues while being offendend with sex talk

The platform exploits users’ trust and investment, knowing they have no recourse once banned. It creates a false sense of security, misleading people into thinking premium features will provide a safer, more supportive experience—when it’s nothing more than a trap. If they can ban loyal users with positive reviews and paid memberships, they’ll do it to anyone. Avoid Tandem: Conversation Exchange & app at all costs to protect your time, money, and well-being.

My experience with Tandem support has been very positive. After my account was banned, especially over the weekend, I was worried it would take a long time to resolve. However, the support team handled the situation professionally and with understanding.

malgré la précision dans mon profil que je n'étais pas ici pour autre chose que d’améliorer mon espagnol courant, j'ai été abordée par des hommes qui ont vite basculé dans la drague lourde, voire "drague crue". Les femmes ne semblaient pas intéressées pour discuter avec une personne de même genre et quittaient vite la conversation.

Now everything need subscription, can't even change the language preference to learn, greedy company

Good point:
-Not CCP Chinese communist app like HelloTalk!
-Doesn’t censor people from Taiwan, Hong Kong etc. You can say Taiwan is a country!
-Nice interface and easy to use

Moderation team does great job!

Bad point:
-Many scammers
-profile is almost invisible if you don’t pay
-membership is too expensive. Very expensive.

Le principe est super même s'il semble que beaucoup d'homme prennent ça pour une appli de rencontre ça me permet de pratiquer. Le vrai problème c'est qu'il y a des bugs. Les chats disparaissent et quasi impossible de retrouver une personne avec qui tu avais commencé à parler car la recherche qu'ils proposent par ville etc ne fonctionne pas! Heureusement dans mon cas le bug n'a été que temporaire et mon historique est de nouveau visible
