It’s hard to give a review on how you did when only 50% of the order came in ( which still came in late!) still waiting on the other half of order, which while checking on tracking has been rescheduled 3 times on delivery date. In stead of taking this as a review, can you tell me where my order is!?

It worked but we're under 30, 60 and 90 days My fear is that it will resort back to being unlicensed after a period of time but if that happens I'll revise my review. Other than that it wasn't too bad but for someone who's not it savvy I think they would have a hard time installing the software and understanding what had to be done to make it work Time will tell

First time using...and last time! Save yourself the aggravation and order from a reputable company. I ordered a product, (an Anker power bank), and they shipped me a completely different model than the one I ordered. (It was bigger, clunkier, and less state of the art, but it looked like the one I ordered). I could have bought this one at Walmart for less money and it was not what I ordered and paid for. I wonder if they always try to slip in a cheaper model if you don't notice? Anyway, the only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1, is because they, (Darienne), did respond quick to my complaint and addressed it. After I sent them pictures, they sent me a label, expected me to re box it, drive it to the shipper, and wait a week for my refund. I decided to just keep, use it as a home backup, take the loss, and NEVER use the shady company Tanga again! Mark F.

1st time using this company. There is always that little bit of uncertainty, but I got an excellent product, exactly what I was looking for at a great price. It was shipped right away and I got it quickly (actually delivered before the expected date). Well packaged and received. I would definitely order again from them.

Best price I could find for this software. Received my email and activation code for the software within a few hours. Very satisfied!

Box came damaged but it works fine. I'm just awaiting hotter days to try it out. It good as a fan. Yried to lower the temp but I think it will work better once I do a little research.

I have been ordering from Tanga for several years. Couldn’t be happier with their products, prices and most importantly their customer support. One of their customer support representatives, Darienne, helped me sort out a problem with a reward I misplaced. The reward was credited back to my account and used on my latest order. They may be a small company but their customer service is big on communication and resolving problems. I highly recommend purchasing from Tanga. You also can’t beat their prices!!!

I have purchased numerous items from Tanga and have been happy with my purchases. Easy to place my orders and like the prices.

I ordered Office 2024 digital version. I repeatedly tried to download the software but kept getting error codes. Contacting Customer Service they just kept sending the download instructions… which also did not work. I requested a refund but was told refunds are not available on digital products. Their Customer Service is nonexistent. Totally dissatisfied with Tanga and will NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN!

I wouldn’t buy anything from this rip off company. I bought a new breeze 3 wet mop. It never worked. They said it was new. There’s no phone number to call. They gave me 5 days to return the tineco vacum. If they didn’t receive it within 5 day’s I get no refund. Who does this. Finally they contacted me after fighting with customer service. Glad pay pal helped my claim. You’re taking a risk buying from these crooks. Trust me on that
