Tanga will not respond to me. The items were not delivered and they ignore me. I spent a lot of money and customer service just simply does not respond. I have emailed a lot and there is NO PHONE to call. Terrible. Be careful!

I just liked the bag but where is the rest of my order??

Tanga has been a wonderful company to buy from and to work with. Great products at really good prices. And so responsive if you have a problem. Very fast to offer solutions and to make things right. Will definitely continue to shop with them and recommend them.

They are not one size fits all unless you wear youth size shoes. I will send to thrift store or donate. It took forever to ship and I found the package just thrown in my yard opposite of the entry to the yard. Waste of money this time.

The best!!! I wasn’t 100% sure about this site. All the things you worry about when on-line shopping. I wanted a swimsuit that I had seen in target 2 weeks ago. Did a on-line deep dive and found it here. They deliver on-time and exactly what I wanted. I mean WOW! Take a lot for me to be impressed. Will use them again.

This store is a scam! I ordered this watch for my son for his birthday. But the delivery was very long, so they arrived too late and I had to return the item. I returned the order using the label that the store gave me. And guess what? When the item was successfully returned, as you can see from the tracking number 1Z0V07W19020075639. I personally received it by some Juanita. And what happened next? I contacted the store and they told me to wait 5 days. It's been 5 days no one has contacted me. I wrote to them myself. I was told by the store that they would not do a refund. I asked to resolve the problem, asked why, just started to find out what it was and guess what? They just stopped replying to me! This store is a scammer. Now I lost my money and my son is without a watch. DO NOT CONTACT THIS STORE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE MONEY. The order number is 4D2GM98RGFZD. I did not get my money back, but at least I can warn you.

Good hoverboard for a very reasonable price!

I sent an email to Tanga wanting a product that was sold out. The next day there was a response that I would be notified when they would have the product in stock. In a few days I received another email that they had the item I wanted. I ordered it and I'll have it in time for a special gift!! Thank you!!!

I received a product that arrived broken. They promptly replaced it for me. Great service!!!

There was a problem with my order in that it was shipped to me instead of to a gift recipient. When I contacted Tanga, Darienne wrote back to me immediately, apologized, and issued a full refund. I didn't even need to send the product back to them! It is rare to find such good customer service at online establishments these days. Darienne is courteous, helpful, and very responsive to requests.

did not disclose how long it would take to process and order. takes up to 10 days to process but they claim their money immediately. horrible service...will never use again. still waiting on my order!!!

I have ordered several items and have been very pleased. One time I received a bad item and the customer service was great!

I have always had good experiences when purchasing from Tanga. This was my first time trying to return an item. It took a good while and a number of emails to initiate the return and obtain a return shipping label and a reminder that I had not received a refund nearly two weeks later. However, once I emailed the support staff, Darienne quickly notified me that they were processing my refund and the refund was deposited in my account within 48 hours. I had held off on further orders with Tanga until this was resolved, but my recent experience makes me confident to once more order from them with confidence.

Just today I had an awesome experience with your customer service representative Darienne. One of the items I ordered was stated by UPS as being delivered, when in fact it never was. Darienne responded very quickly to my concerns and was able to provide a credit for the product I had never received. So far over the past few months, I have ordered and received several items from Tanga without any issues, until this one item. Needless to say that they are a legitimate company and they have their customers backs when something doesn't go as expected. Darienne, THANK YOU VERY MUCH again for everything today and I will be a future repeat customer as I have been in the past, all thanks to you!
