I think this must be a scam. I went to the website almost three weeks ago to order the eyebrow gel I’d heard about and was immediately bombarded with pop ups saying I had 15 minutes to take advantage of some special offer. After I put the eyebrow gel in my shopping cart for $49, I stupidly also added “rush processing” for $4.99. My PayPal account was charged more than $50, I received an email confirming my order, and that was it. I never heard another word. It never shipped. I called. I emailed. I went to PayPal and got another phone number and called again. I left voicemails. No one ever replied to my email messages and no one returned my phone calls. Yet I was charged more than $50.

Shark Tank is also a scam. I’m disgusted.

I disputed the charge on PayPal and got my money back. But, how many people did not get their money back? WHAT A SCAM.

I like the product but it takes over a month and a half to ship. They don’t reply to emails either, and they ask for more money to expedite order which still takes that long. This is the second time I’ve ordered the product and I’m still waiting. First they send you a shipping notification that never ships, then they ignore communications about where your order is. The product is nice but expensive and not worth the head ache!!!!

I’m so pissed off everytime I’ve order something on line it has been a damn scam I figured since it was on Shark Tanks it was legit I have emailed her on Facebook Instagram and even signed in I’ve got an order number it shows where I paid and says unforfilled omg what do I do If anyone knows how to get in touch with this place or even Mark please let me know

I ordered this 2 weeks ago, sent several emails with no response! I will be filing with the BBB, and requesting a refund with my bank!

I also ordered the brow gel and NEVER received it. Multiple emails sent, a post with a screenshot of the "fake" customer service response on FB, Messenger, and still nothing.

It's possible THIS is how she made the $2.4M, netting $700K profit. I wonder if Mark Cuban is aware of how she really handles this business.

They want us to support Black businesses, but how can you when time, and again they show true colors. So disappointed...

Poor customer service. I placed my order on 3/23 for the brow gel after seeing an episode on Shark Tank. Tania, if that's her real name, was quite impressive. Big mistake! I paid an extra charge for rush. I still have not received it. Email is the only form of communication. I have sent SIX emails with NO response. Inexcusable. Unprofessional. Buyer Beware!

Horrible customer service. No way to contact them except through emails which I have sent two with no response. I placed my order on March 19, 2022 and was charged immediately. I have not received my order yet and today is May 26, 2022. They will not respond to my emails. I wish I could have given a zero rating. I will have to file a complaint with the BBB. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I placed an order for the eyebrow gel 01/26/22. I received an email it had shipped on 02/21/22. I never received the product. After 2 months of emails asking me to be patient, I requested my order to be canceled twice. I never received a refund or my product and stopped receiving responses to my emails.

I Ordered The Naked On The Go Organic Skincare Kit on February 3, 2022. I received a tracking number along with an email stating my order was on the way on February 21. I have since sent 6 emails to find out the status of my order to no avail. The last email was to request my refund of $129. I will be contacting my bank today.
