I placed my order on January 15, 2026, and they charged my credit card at that time. It is March 12, 2026, and I still have not received my order. They have not responded to my five emails requesting a status update or a refund. Based on the other 47 reviews and my experience, it appears this company is committing fraud and getting away with it.

TOTAL SCAMMER!!! I ordered, they took my money, NEVER SHIPPED PRODUCT!!! COMPLETELY IGNORED EVERY EMAIL I SENT TO THEM

Ordered back in 2023 and never got the product. No responses to emails and no return of my money. Product took so long to show as shipped that my bank wouldn't let me submit claim for my money back bc it took so long. The product never actually came. Tracking showed it was supposedly returned. No refund and no product. Please ladies don't waste your money.

This company is a scam. I saw her on shark tank and thought it was legit. I placed an order on 9/25/25 and never received my order. I have emailed twice and no response. I didn't research the company because I thought since it appeared on shark tank it was a real company. We should start a class action lawsuit for this fraudulent company. They took my money and won't respond to my refund request and now I have to call my bank.

Order never shipped after 2 months of waiting & no response from customer service email.

I ordered for the first time in November17, 2024. I paid $129.99 for a Naked On the Go Organic Skincare Kit. Today is February 20, 2025 and still have not received the kit nor any answer to my numerous emails. The tracking number given to me proved to be incorrect as it was not in my name or address. I was told by USPS to contact the vendor. My emails have been ignored to date. Beware of this company. I have lost all hope of getting the product and am considering taking legal action through small claims court.

Order placed and paid for 9 Nov 2024, confirmation received and then no tracking updates for weeks. It’s now Dec 23, no reply to emails and no delivery. I have asked twice for a refund but got no response. Scam company and like others I only bought it because I believed Shark Tank wouldn’t be involved with scammers.

I placed my order March 2023 for the eyebrow gel. I just received it May 2024. I even paid extra for the fast shipping. Sent emails with no follow up. I thought it was a lost case. Not sure if it works, however I am going to try it.

Same experience of not getting any replies regarding shipment of order. E-mailed twice for an order placed 3/31/24 My payment was promptly taken though. Disappointed that a Shark Tank backed company would have such bad customer service.

This company is the worst. I placed an order on February 11th and read that their processing time was 3 to 5 business days. Two weeks later, after not receiving my order nor any communication as to why it would be late, I sent an e-mail asking for a status and stating that if the product was not going to be sent by the end of February, I no longer wanted it. No response. On March 26th, they sent me an e-mail saying the product has been sent. I no longer want it because I don't believe in doing business with a company with such unforgiveable customer service.

I ordered on February 2024. It’s now March 26. Never received order. Trying to get money from my credit card company.

I have had the same experience as several others. Order received with confirmation on January 5th and credit card charged. No response to emails since. Terrible business model. I’m very disappointed.

I ordered the eyebrow Gel in mid December on Jan. 5th received an email that a tracking number had been completed. It has never been sent and my January credit card had the purchase on it. I had sent her numerous emails and no reply! I turned her over to my credit card company! What a scam and also sad. I do have records of my emails to her!

My wife has been using the product for 2 years, and finds it to be superior (eyebrow gel) to anything on the market. Unfortunately, the historic lag between ordering (and payment) and delivery has averaged 3 months. Were it not for this, they would get a 5 star rating.

Their website additionally has some 'issues' with acceptance of payment, making it difficult to reorder.

I placed an order in April 9, 2023, paid with my cc. It was charged and I never received anything and it’s June 19, 2023. I sent an email in May asking where my order is. They replied it’s going out soon. I sent another email this month and heard nothing. Do NOT order from this company. I can’t believe Mark Cuban is involved with this company.
