Ordered Burlington shower part, arrived on time well packed and as ordered.

whilst we were a little concerned about a couple of negative reviews we spoke to a colleague who assured us you were A1 and I can now agree in full, from initial order , excellent delivery service, quality product, and above all a massive saving of around 250 pounds, what more can I say, Tapnshower give your staff a a massive tap on the back from us.........thank you all. John.

I made a mistake with my order and phoned to correct it. To my amazement the phone was answered and the error corrected with speed and courtesy - so rare these days. Goods delivered promptly and correctly.
First class service.

Great product Very easy to fix under my existing
sink looks very stylish. Delivery was on time and
Packed with lots of protection

Fantastic product I use on a regular basis & the best price per unit I found online so I purchased 4. Even better when I realised the postage for standard delivery was free! 5star!

I had a complicated order and it was all processed with the greatest of ease.

If you have the time.tap ‘n shower are for you!

Great product, very good quality for the price and really quick delivery.

Great communication throughout the purchase, quality products at a very reasonable price point, will definitely be buying again

Competitive pricing and delivered within the specified time. I would certainly use again.

Poor communication I ordered three items which was displayed as in stock but all out of stock. Was going to take 6 weeks for a tap to be delivered despite being told for two weeks running it was out for delivery. Total waste of time had to pay more ordering from a reliable company. Don’t be fooled by the great discount because the customer service here is poor it’s just lies. If the manager of the company knew about this I am sure it would have been dealt with differently but they refused to pass my complaint on.

The attention to detail and excellent customer service would be more than enough to warrant a 5 star review, but the extra care and attention certainly cements the 5 star score.

Easy ordering at great price and specified delivery that worked as promised. Can’t ask for more.
