Good experience

I've been using their services for work and it's been pretty good. Their support is really nice and helps a lot. Sure we had incidents with them and you might need to ask them what you require or show them proof about the issue but it's a solid hosting for us.

(Originally was gonna give them 5 stars but remembered we struggled a lot for our server configuration and they had a downtime of 3 days which makes it not the best experience ever)

They insist on proof of payment but don’t accept pdf, they also then keep asking for proof of payment even after you have provided in multiple formats. We have had to use another hosing provider because it is ridiculous.
