The interface is navigable and has all the functionalities but as someone who is not usually behind the scenes in the world of web, it's not the slickest, most intuitive journey. It seems like there are several disparate interfaces (khaimah, cPanel, Roundcube, Tasjeel portal) that come together to provide solutions. Probably because of the technical requirements behind all the magic that is happening it has to be this way? I'm just used to being on the other side enjoying the beautiful, slick websites and apps :)

It's an interesting ride! I appreciate the knowledgeable and gracious experts who have been guiding me along the way :)

And what is a slick interface without the human touch of talented, gentle, helpful team members who represent their team so well and make me, as a customer, feel reassured that I can get the full benefits of the services they offer...

I'd take a great team over a pretty portal any day! I just joined the Tasjeel family yesterday and am happy to be here :)
