Purchased a garden dining set and I'm absolutely delighted with it. Great quality, looks fabulous and from the store staff to delivery men everyone couldn’t have been more helpful.

Beware the very high delivery charges with this company , they charged £150 to deliver a small chair. I cancelled the order when the delivery had not arrived in a reasonable time despite the chair being in stock. The company then took weeks to refund me my money despite me chasing them for it.
There are much better retailers to deal with. I ordered a chair with another company & they delivered within 3 days at a cost of only £40. I wouldn’t order anything from the company again due to the bad experience

Ken & Greg provided a Friendly, professional and quick service, they ensured all packaging was taken away and left the room very clean. We are very happy with the product from taskers, it’s been finished to an excellent quality and looks amazing!

Great service and furniture only to discover that my purchase was in a sale 2 weeks later of a saving of 300.00.

Due to this I was left feeling disappointed. I think i will rethink my future purchases.

Bought 2 1200g candles and a 2000ml Reed diffuser all in pomegranate noir. Thought I’d wait a couple of weeks to let the reeds soak the scent. But All items have zero scent. And they are all in small rooms as well. Very disappointed.

Absolutely thrilled with my new Weatherking Motorised Pergola from Taskers! The build quality is exceptional, and it has completely transformed my outdoor space. Being able to adjust the motorised louvre roof with just a tap of a button is a game changer for the unpredictable British weather. The built-in LED lighting and smart drainage system are brilliant touches that make evening entertaining effortless. I cannot recommend Taskers enough! We visited the store to look at pergolas and were blown away by the service. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, giving us great advice, the after sales service team are exceptional with a professional and supportive attitude.

I have finally received my new garden furniture after quite a few problems first delivery was OK by Tasker‘s delivery driver, but unfortunately, the product had problems damage caution and holes drilled in wrong locations so could not put garden furniture together. Had to go through email procedure with tasks and was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks to re-order and they will be in touch when back in stock sent me email after the three weeks then used tasks email to arrange delivery which failed as it did not register new date for delivery got back in touch with tasks. Sent me email again to arrange New date which also would not register. Got back in touch and they arranged delivery manually over the phone I have now received New garden furniture. all ok now but waiting for tasks to get in touch as all previous problems have been escalated to customer service manager many thanks P Douglas

Delivery was quick enough I bought 3 of the large Reed diffusers and whilst the glass holder is fine all the scents smell disgusting so bit of a waste of money paid 110 for all three see why they are cheap compared to other brands.

We ordered a pergola in-store, assistant was really helpful. We were able to choose a delivery date to suit us. We were kept informed by the delivery driver and item arrived on time. We are really pleased with the pergola, which is really good quality. Although we had to pay someone to put it together

I really regret buying from this company, they put regularly increase prices and decrease it whenever they want. I recently purchased a garden set for £3,000 and they had apparently given me a discount of £500 however just a few weeks later the same set is £2000 with discount. This is not fair at all.

Great choice of flooring I got the exact colour I wanted at a great price. Delivery men very polite and helpful.

We were unsure about the style of furniture we wanted for our garden
So we got talking to a member of staff who looked at the. Size of the garden and what was already in the garden and that’s when the magic happened we our now spending all day in the garden because it’s amazing

We bought 2 pictures, hey we're not, in my opinion cheap pictures. Fortunately before purchasing them I asked if I could measure them and then see if I could fit them in the car. Wise decision as whilst I would have got them through the back doors due to the internal door handles wouldnt have been able to shut tge doors.
No problem we paid for delivery. And almost 10 days later having had a day off work for delivery they arrived. The pictures are very nice and attract you to touch. Which turned out beneficial as one of the pictures had something protuding from the center batten which could have pierced the canvass. After emailing customer services was asked to take photos. Extreamly difficult to communicate by phone as you end up in queue and on several occasions after 40 - 50 mins and getting to first in the queue only to be cut off. We went into store and explained but really apart from purchasing a clock and paying for that to be delivered was a waste of time. A week later after taking more time off work they turned up with a replacement picture minus the clock. Guess what? The picture had the same fault. Another half days holiday waisted.they took picture back at least no explanation on clock. Now we have to wait another week for yet another delivery and they had the nerve to charge us delivery for a clock when they had to come twice to replace faulty goods. Very nice goods to be fair but not a nice delivery or no urgency to correct what is obviously wrong. Looking for patio furniture but wide berth given to this one. Pretty poor customer satisfaction. no special effort to correct the things that can from time to time go wrong anywhere.

Excellent service offering great advice, competitive pricing, quality product, great warranty and delivery was punctual and courteous. Highly recommend this company
