Very easy to order and delivery time is very good considering it comes from the u.s

I have emailed twice now with no response. I ordered a set and only received two of the 3 items.

They don’t reply to emails within their given SLA when asking what’s taking your order longer than the delivery timescales. I was also charged customs when their website clearly states if you order outside of the UK, customs charges may be applicable. On requesting why this has happened and asking for a refund, they still don’t answer emails. Save yourself the hassle and don’t bother ordering from this site. Absolute nightmare and NOT great customer service. Oh and they claim they send your items in discreet packaging is true but the bloody customs declaration details exactly what you’ve bought. What the actual hell is going on when you claim it will be discreet? FFS! Finally, customs charges applied yet the customs declaration says country of origin GB although they’re sent from the US. This is dodgy! Definitely do not waste your time!

I purchased my goods on the 4th of may 2025 and writing this review on the 11th may 2025 I paid for 48 HR delivery so after 5 days
Looking daily on my account it still has not been sent
I have sent email to them and still no reply

I have sent a number of emails to them but no answer

I'm just wondering when they are getting sent

I ordered briefs from Taste as I have two of their jockstraps which are great. When the order arrived I was disappointed with the fit - waist size is ok but there is very little room at the front making them very constricting and the waistband material isn't particularly soft.

Had an issue with my product and got it resolved - thanks Danny, much appreciated 👍

I want to say sorry for my negative review previously it was a miss understanding the items were on pre order. I highly recommend Taste Menswear and thank Danny for reaching out and his fabulous customer service. I’m sorry I got it wrong and glad everything is now sorted. ✔️ 🩲

Bad Experience
i did place an order to delivery within 1 - 3 days in order me to pick it up from my hotel. unfortunately, this was never delivered and when I tracked the parcel after 8 days is still "order placed". no action from them. I asked them to cancel it and refund me and their answer was not what i was expected to be. very disappointed and NOT Recommended as per today.

Socks OK, UNdie XS instead of XL... my fault.... with regard to customs' cost, this will be the first and last experience, unless your products are on sale in the EU...

Not sure the quality of the material especially on the wasteband is the best.

I got a harness for my chest size based on the size guide but when it arrived it’s really tight and uncomfortable.

They do look great however

Great products and great to support a gay owned small business. I placed an order and received my products really quickly. One of the items was out of stock but the customer service team told me they’d honour the order and send me the item when it was back in stock soon to make sure I still got the product.
