OMG! I've been scammed... like many more before me. I imagine I won't be the last either! I won't repeat what others have said before me, except to say, don't even entertain the idea of ordering anything from this "boutique". You'll end up being offered all sorts of "deals" and be told you'll be saving the planet by not returning the goods, and then be told you can't get a refund anyway. Bad. Bad. Bad.

Received my coat today and what a dissapointment, its nothing like the picture more the watered down version, coat shows on the pic i nice wooly thick coat with a hood, none of that. First and last purchase, Lizeth Cozy Coat, yeah right😡😡👎👎

Zero stars! This company is not based in tauranga well they could be except they order everything off aliexpress from China hence why the shipping takes forever. They also hike the price right up for a $16 top off aliexpress this company charges $75.dont fool for it

I wish I could give no stars! Total rip off. Items appeared to be drop shipped and nothing like what was ordered. I have blocked on fb so I don’t have to see their rubbish. 🤬

What a con. Cheap Chinese crap under the guise of Tauranga based. Item looked nothing like the photo and would have fitted a 10 year old! Too much drama to return - never order anything with .com. This scam company should be shut down

No stars if I had a choice!! Total rip off! Not a shop in Tauranga but in China! There should be a law preventing this sham! All the other reviews are my experience too, shoddy cheap stitching and the dress made of polyester NOT THE COTTON I ORDERED!! Going through my bank now to get the two payments back I had paid through Afterpay before the dress arrived! 😡

All the reviews say it all! Dresses were horrible, terrible fitting, terrible material, looked like nighties. Paid $41 to return (to China) and have now been told my dresses will not be collected from Customs until I agree to pay the Customs Tax and have this taken off my refund. The dresses were NZ$160 and ...... Gee the Customs tax (is this truly a thing for returning items to China) is US$159.90! WOW!
I too thought this was a lovely boutique shop in Tauranga! I started this process in November and no, I did not see these reviews! Lesson learnt!

Finally received my dress that I was excited about. What a huge let down. Dress is ugly, not like the picture, material is awful and cheaply made. It cost a lot as well. Im so disappointed. On top of that the package was sent to wrong address and courier told me they couldnt be held responsible for Tauranga Boutique putting the wrong address and I should collect it myself from the wrong address, which I did.

Sadly bought from this company Dec 2024. Website says the company is in Papamoa- it's not, it's in China. I carefully read refunds policy and spent a lot of $. Products didn't fit, poor quality, poor sizing, no support, then they refuse to take them back, saying items don't qualify as "intimate apparel", not. An expensive mistake, goods that are not fit for purpose.

Why do people keep buying from these sites. We have been putting up bad reviews about them since November and still people are getting sucked in. Yes they are scammers. Yes if you do receive anything from them it will be a cheap knockoff. No you cannot return the goods to NZ because they do not exist. If you are stupid enough to return them to Asia at a cost of $50+ you will never hear from them again and you will not see your money. Please guys Wake up. If it looks good its not. DONT BUY FROM THEM !!!!!!

What a terrible shopping experience. It took weeks for my package to arrive. The dress is nothing like the one I ordered, just a cheap make up that looks like a sack. One top once again looked nothing like the photo. I would not buy from them again, ever. Unfortunately I mistakenly thought they were a local company but don't appear to be.

I was one of those that thought it was in Tauranga. There were some red flags like .com. No Nz anything. The website is fake as it is really in china. I bought a dress that was horrible cheap polyester nasty material. No tags. Prob if wash will fall apart. 🤣Wont be wearing as it is hideous. Came from china. Lots of emails back and forth. Settled for 40% off as sending bk to China would have cost as much as paid for the shitty dress. They should not be allowed to sell here or at least be honest with honest prices. $2 is all you would pay. Temu and Shein had same dress for $15. I do not shop of Temu. Shein have once. At least they are honest. I don't see adds on Insta for them. As soon as buy they disappear 🙋‍♀️. Maybe same company does Wanaka.co. and Auckland have seen. Anyway moral of story do not buy from this dodgey company. Zoey was a pain in the ass 🤣 same emails. No refund unless send it back.

WELL I HAVE GOOD NEWS AFTER MONTHS AND MONTHS OF EMAILS FROM THEM AND ME REPLYING BEING VERY HONEST ABOUT MY FEELINGS TO THEM TODAY I HAVE RECEIVED A FULL REFUND...HALLELULUJAH!!!!!!! I STILL WOULD NOT TRUST THEM AND THEY ARE STILL POSTING ON FACEBOOK GRRRR. KEEP HARASSING THEM!!!!!

this is a scam site. i received a cheap bit of rubbish for my $75 hard earned money. Looks like something worse than you get from Shein...Please dont get sucked in like i was! I was nice about trying to return it and they kept on fobbing me off with these "amazing" deals when all i wanted was my money back. Very disappointing that there are people out there posing as nice local boutiques which we want to support - kind of ruins ones faith in humanity. They and all their staff should be ashamed.

I ordered 2 dresses off this purportedly NZ company. Before ordering I looked at their where abouts on the map and it pinpointed their destination in Tauranga. I too got sucked in and purchased only to receive 2 dresses made out of cheap polyester material and extremely poorly made. Not only that but I ordered small and they were so big I could have fitted myself and another person into them. No labels in them at all and they were supposedly on sale , 50% off. Even with 50% off they were still $75 each. I doubt whether the cost of making them would have been $2. I would give them -5 stars if the option was available.
I have had several conversations with them and pointedly asked if I returned them what guarantee did I have that they were going to refund my money. Unfortunately they have evaded that question so I don’t think I’ll risk it. I feel I would be throwing good money after bad.
There is another shop called Mila’s Boutique Auckland which also purportedly deals out of Auckland as well and has the same return address . Another scam !!

I’m an intelligent woman and can’t believe I got sucked into this. However I’m hoping by reading these reviews it may prevent some one else from getting scammed.
We were recently in Ponsonby and I was telling the shop owner my story and she was the one who put me onto this site . I have since tried to read other people’s comment on their ad and you can not see them.

Wish I had read these reviews before I bought from this scam outfit. Their size charts are pure fiction and the bra I bought might have fitted Barbie - it sure did not fit me. After an email conversation they eventually offered me a 15% refund as a "gesture of goodwill". This would not even cover the postage to return it.
