Asked to cancel my order, but they said they couldn't, but once order arrived they'd help me with a refund. Order arrived, so i asked for refund to be told the items are non refundable. Also, If i wanted temu items i would have just shopped on temu. I don't think they're even in Nz as my items were shipped and tracked through yanwen.

My story is the same as the other reviews. Why do I never learn? My garment was the correct style but the fabric was soo inferior to the one advertised. Several email and lots of waffling response from. DO NOT purchase anything.

Turn back do not order anything from thus company!! It is based in China somewhere not Tauranga like the website states. Like many I thought I was buying kiwi made. Very poorly made products, swim wear is not shape wear swimmers very cheaply made from poor quality materials.

The quality looks fake as shown and the one u order looks so cheap waste of money and time

Don’t even want to give one star rating, false and misleading website, I wanted to return garment I bought as it was cheap rubbish
I should of checked properly as thought it was a NZ site but found out it’s in
China, took 5 emails to get address to send back, but that was going to cost more than the over expensive top I bought that could of got off Temu for fraction of what I paid

Do not buy form this company at all product doesnt fit and refuses refund even though states it will do one in 90days I emailed as soona s product arrived that it wasn't going ot fit and they refuse to do anything about it par have me pay more money to fix the issue but refuse to return my money to me nor allow me ot return the item as well. I could tell that the item wasn't going ot fit at all and nothign on their website states the product isnt part of hte 90 day refund.

TOtal scammers and I am reporting them

Do not be mislead by this company and their garbage clothing. I wish I'd read the reviews before buying. Flimsy, cheap looking rubbish straight out of China.

Total rubbish clothing. I asked for a refund the same day as I purchased the goods, after I missed out using the discount code their site implied had applied automatically, yet didn’t. I unfortunately also found these reviews online that same day, when it was too late. They said they couldn’t refund me as the items were already shipped. This was clearly incorrect as I received a notification 9 days later advising the items were shipped. Spent money on clothing that is flimsy, cheap and ridiculously overpriced and I would never have purchased if I had seen the items in person. An expensive lesson and I am stuck with things I will never wear.

This is not a genuine website. Clothing comes from China. DO NOT BUY from this website

I too just like all these other unsuspecting customers paid for a dress that was supposedly $159.95
On sale for $71.95
They claim that the clothing is high quality cotton/Linen etc
But NO it is actually nothing like the photos on the website it is Very Cheap crappy fabric copied from the image all China based.
I am on a mission to report these nasty people and stop them from scamming more customers

I too brought what I thought was linen tops,but they are cheap Chinese tops,took a.month to get here.plus no invoice,asked for invoice none sent.
Asked for refund.fine but you have to send at your cost to China.
There history speal said they were inspired,by this growing up on the Sandy shores of Tauranga.
Then why can you only return to China if this is so.
They agreeed to pay 10% and keep the tops,I said no,in the end settled for 30% and kept the tops which are no use,couldn’t be bothered with the hassle
Can they somehow be stopped from advertising in NZ
They advertise 90 day money back guarantee (yes if you pay return postage to China,

Don't use a credit card for payment. I used afterpay and they are aware of the company I have also questioned them on how they can accept a company in China and says they an NZ based.

Tauranga Boutique is a TOTAL RIPOFF. They are China based and scam artists of the highest order. I paid NZ$270 for 3 items of clothing that looked great on their website and arrived 3 weeks after I ordered, only to find the 3 items made from trash, reject materials, incorrect size and pathetic sewing. They are not worth $5 from the $2 shop. Their email disputes system is a scam. PLEASE DON’T BUY ANYTHING from these ratbags.

Like everyone else I have waiting a long time and not received my goods. I will contact the company and ask for a refund and hope they are gracious enough to give me one. I ordered these clothes for a very special reason, emotional reason after a death in our family. I just think its not the quality we have expected from "Tauranga Boutique""

Absolutely awful. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. They are not NZ based and I have been waiting almost a month for my order. I suspect it will be as crappy as everyone else's product.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM TAURANGA BOUTIQUE. As per all the other bad reviews the stuff is shipped from china and is the worst quality I have ever seen. And yeah it’s going to be a battle getting a refund. This is my worst experience ever. Temu is better quality and cheaper. And to top it off the shoes I bought are converse knockoffs but converse price.😡

Cheap china items being resold on as Tauranga Boutique! Do not purchase the quality is terrible the sizing is terrible and to get a refund is even worst ! I can’t believe I fell for this terribly disappointed.

Re reviewing. Do NOT purchase. NOT Tauranga. When the dress I ordered arrived it was cheaply made, synthetic material, NOT cotton, ugly colors, NO labels. Stitching a 10 year old could have done (probably was)!

The photos on both the fb page and website are obviously stolen. The company is Chinese based. Clothing cheap knock offs the dress I ordered for nearly $80 I would not pay. $10 for.

They have scammed many people, they SEEM legitimate, prey on those who like myself 'support local', or a New Zealand company.

Please report to fb under scam/fraudulent/misleading. (I know it does not always work but hopefully if enough do it they will look into it).

Put up a comment on Tauranga Boutique and now I see another Tauranga Boutique NZ, under more then mentions, as I have done it seems they cannot delete, but can delete replies?

FINALLY, email the Commerce Commission. They are fraudulent, and scammers.

Thought I was purchasing from Tauranga NZ.
Realised something off with the shipping notification that was hard to follow but on delving further found the two items are coming out of Yanwen. I even used Pay pal for one item and then bought another the same day with bank account. What a fool am I totally scammed.! I have emailed to the contact email for this scam and hope they will refund my money and I will also be following up with my bank.
