Everything said here is true. I feel like a fool to have not checked here first.

This site is totally misleading! Not in NZ at all. Packaging refers to Cairns-sisters-boutique.com so can only assume they are also ripping of Australians.
The goods are nothing like the pictures, complete rubbish, took 10 days to arrive which should be overnight if they really were where they say they are. Nothing about this is genuine or honest! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I am now attempting to get a refund, not hopeful after others experience

This company is not in NZ and the products I received are crap $2 shop quality that they won't allow me to return and offered 15% refund. I have referred them to fairgo as it's false advertising, poor quality, undersized crap they sell and clearly they've ripped off many New Zealand people on here.

Not NZ based and no contact details apart from email. Asked for refund multiple times and refused. Jacket poorly made. Refused to answer any direct questions.

This company is terrible. Have nothing to do with them. Their products are falsely advertised and they reply with AI generated BS.

I purchased 3 dresses that were way oversize, took nearly a month for them to arrive and when I tried to contact them to return or try to talk to someone about them, it was a nightmare...I haven't worn the dresses and they are not what was described.....and I paid a ridiculous price which I saw them on Temu for a third of what I paid...learnt my lesson the hard way...financially

Advertise returns but then say don't return as too costly. Clothes on the small size. Did offer a 10% off my next order but definitely not going there as my clothes unfortunately were not on sale so very disappointed

Horrific Customer service. Falsely showing as being based on NZ and are not. After asking Zoey for 11 days where to return goods, I still have no response.

Tool 2 weeks to dispatch goods, yet to receive, not convinced they'll even show up.

Reported to the Commerce Commission secondary to an alleged breach of the Consumers Guarantees Act (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act (FTA). The products are not of acceptable quality, nor fit for purpose, or match their description. Communication to seek a resolution resulted in a refusals to refund or replace. Misleading advertisement this 'company' is not based in NZ, despite claiming to be.

I thought i was supporting a local NZ Company..Falsely advertising as in NZ, Tauranga Boutique in a Chinese company. Inferior product, false advertising, miss leading size range.. dont get ripped off like I did.. total scam and no money back guarantee.. product i received is nothing more than a rag

This company is. A fraud. They advertise thier clothing as cotton and cotton/linen blend and when they arrive they are 100% polyester.
They say they are a NZ company but the clones from China it is inferior quality and not worth the money. It is also not the same as is advertised on their website.
As for their 90 day return policy they expect the customer who has been ripped offf to pay the postage.

SCAM - do not buy from these people. It is NOT a Tauranga NZ based company. It is run from China. The items are below ‘sub-par’. You can do better and cheaper from Temu (I love Temu btw, they give awesome service). Anyway…….. They say they offer refunds - not true. I have returned some crappy clothes ($192 worth) back to them. Return postage costing $42NZD and now they are refusing to pick up the parcel from their mail centre. I have since found out from others, their parcel gets returned, uncollected, unopened. ‘Apparently’ I now been told I have to pay ‘tax’ on the return package. I have asked that they deduct this ‘tax’ from the amount they owe me. Zoey has refused. After approximately 24 emails (so far) I have had no luck with a refund. I am going to go back to PayPal to lay a complaint.

Their so-called “90-day returns policy” is a complete sham—a labyrinthine system designed to ensure you never actually see a refund. Item that was sent looked nothing like what was sold on their website and the fabric was absolutely rubbish, if there was a zero or negative star review they deserve that even more. You are criminals taking peoples money, shame on you!!!

-100 stars! The bra looked really great in videos they posted so I ordered one. Thought the shipping info was dogdy considering it was just coming from Tauranga but said a Chinese name. The bra itself is cheap and nasty. Wore it once then washed it. It was literally falling apart after one wash! Straight in the rubbish and $50 down the drain. I purchased through Afterpay as I considered businesses legit if I went through them but obviously not.. I didn't bother to try for a refund after reading reviews of other people not getting anything back. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!! Comes straight from China not Tauranga.

I will not stop publicusing this scam shop tauranga boutique until i get my refund! And i see now im not the only one! I encourage you to report to the nz commerce commision as they will investigate them.

DO NOT USE! Crap product with AI responses when you try to return. Could have purchased same on temu for 5 bucks as quality and sizing all inaccurate. This place should be closed down.

I really wish I had seen the reviews before I purchased!! Brought a sweatshirt that looked really nice. That's where it all went south! As soon as I saw where it was coming from I knew i had been scammed.....China. Finally arrived after 3 weeks. Over sized sweatshirt my arse ! Maybe if I was 8 it would be. And the material is the same as a work colleague Brought off Temu. Have requested a refund but am met with a whole lot of bull saying it's going to cost me the same as I spent sending it back !! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Product was different to what is advertised and was drop shipped direct from China. I could have ordered the same crappy sports bra from Temu for a fraction of the price. They refused to allow me to return it after I emailed them upset. AI generated emails going back and forth. Zeroservice. Do not purchase!

How are we going to stop these people from ripping other people off? My order made me cry when i recieved it, $80 shoes that are on Temu from $22 they smell of a chemical smell, the clothing is not even true sizing and i would use it to dust with. Countless emails with Zoey just talking cabbage, then she offers me a 10% discount to keep items as its going to cost upto $85 to return my items! This is so wrong
