Tax Tiger is a great service. I had 5 people working my case. Long story short, they turned my 30000 dollar debt into a couple hundred dollar debt. Believe me it is not to good to be true.

I was like so many others,I felt overwhelmed by my tax situation. Drowning in information overload,I just needed some clear and honest direction. Tax Tiger provided this in an outstanding way. What was so uncommonly rare was the fact that a REAL CARING HUMAN responded to my request for more information, not a month,week or day later, but that same day, and the information was really helpful. Guess what this prompt and very informative consultation cost me? NOTHING! I was given a plan of action that resolved most of my immediate concerns,I can't tell you the relief I felt. I had a ton of letters from the IRS that just kept coming! I realized I needed

I called them anticipating the same type of experience again but after talking to Jon Call for 2 minutes I knew they were different! We can't think of enough good things to say about the team at Tax Tiger. During a long, stressful process, they were there for us. When I had a question, I got a response the same day. Briefly, I got into some trouble working as a state employee when the furloughs were alive and well. Over a period of 3 years I had an IRS debt of about 30k I retired from state service after 8 different knee, shoulder, elbow and hand injuries on my service pension, nothing more. I met and fell in love with a nursing student who had some student loan debt of her own. My fiance was just graduating school when I called Tax Tiger for help. They took my information and thought I was a good candidate for an offer in compromise. Well, Shelley and I married, she got a job in her new career, and the IRS decided we should be on the hook for the whole 30k. Pretty disappointing. I was making payments for almost 2 years when my wife, due to an injury, lost her job. I called Tax Tiger again, told them of our situation and that my wife and I had decided to move and we didn't think she would be finding any permanent work for some time, at least a few months. There was no way I could continue making those payments and eat. Again, I signed on for their help. At this point, I still owe more than 18k, with no ability to pay.
So my wife and I get to our new town, closer to family and old friends, and in a few months, my wife gets a job as a per diem nurse in one of her desired specialties. Basically, she's on call. When I told Tax Tiger about her job, they asked for her payroll stubs. I sent them, explaining that they were generated during a time she was covering for someone on vacation. Usually, she only worked one or two days a week, and I could also prove that as well. The IRS said again, she made too much money for that month, you're back on the hook. Well I flipped...I was upset that I was a two time Tax Tiger client and was going to end up paying the IRS anyway. The first time was my fault, this time it just seemed nobody at the IRS cared that the pay stub they were taking into account was the only one like it in over 4 months. The rest of the time it was minimal. I expressed this to my attorney Heather, I was upset about feeling not heard, about paying tax tiger twice, and here I was getting ready to face down a bill with the IRS that I really didn't have the means to pay.
Heather told me there was not much she could do about my paying tax tiger twice, but that there may be a chance to appeal. I was worried to say the least.
About 30 minutes later my phone rings. It's Kathy Hill, the owner of Tax Tiger. She took the time to listen to my issues, and my expectation that they would fight for me. She told me that they would in fact fight this to appeal, and that we had a good chance there. And, as a second time customer, she knocked off a good piece of my remaining bill with tax tiger, all with the promise that they wouldn't give up the fight.
I received the call about 45 days later that our offer in compromise HAD been accepted! This had been an almost 3 year endeavor and was finally over. You can imagine our relief...Tax Tiger works people! They're the real deal. I owed around 18k, paid about 1200.00. More than satisfied. Thanks Heather! Thanks Kathy! You guys are awesome!

After procrastinating regarding a 3 year tax liability, interviewing numerous companies I selected TAX TIGER. I have just completed a lengthy OIC process (approx.8 mos) which I was made aware of prior to engaging in Tax Tiger services. Throughout the process I found the Counselors (Brenton and Masood) assigned to my case were AWESOME!! I found them to be very accessible and were able to advise me on questions I had in a timely matter. They were aggressive in keeping me accountable to the time lines discussed in the contract, which is a push that I needed. I found that everyone at Tax Tiger that I spoke with was very courteous, kind and professional.

The only advice I have for anyone in my position is to quit procrastinating and call TAX TIGER today!!! It is difficult to describe the feeling of relief when I received the news of my outcome!! The decision to go with TAX TIGER was easy.....they made the process easy as well !!
