My worker was very helpful, explained every step, communicated and clarified expectations and requirements. Responded to my emails in a timely manner and was very courteous and professional.

We were a little concerned about what kind of job they would do and it was expensive. However they did an excellent job taking care of all our tax problems and now the stress is off and we are good with the IRS.

I had a problem with a 10k plus tax payment that I owed to the IRS. I called them and they had me talking to a lawyer in no time. Although I felt that the payments were a bit high I had to reconsider my thoughts. Would I rather deal with the IRS on my own or get help from someone that was used to dealing with them? I paid the fee which was done in 10 installments and they got the IRS to settle with me for $200.00. I would definitely recommend Tax Tiger to anyone who has a problem with the IRS. WOW!! There's a lot of companies talk, advertise, valuing and providing high customer service but honestly, how many of them have you ever walked away from, thinking, "WOW, that was a truly an amazing business/customer service experience?!!" I'm still reeling from what a breath of fresh air experience I had with Tax Tiger this week. I first spoke with another firm. He was interested "until" it was determined I had a small case and there wasn't really much money in it for them. Within 2 minutes, he quickly brushed me off with no help whatsoever.
