Tax Tiger has done a terrific job working on my behalf!

Tax tiger stole $5000 from my husband and I when we went to them for help. They filed my taxes for a couple of years but did nothing to resolve my tax issues. I believe I am owed a refund as I had to hire someone else to help with my tax debt. DO NOT believe what they tell you they will do. For a Christian based company, they sure did not treat others as they would like to be treated.

As to your reply, you NEVER did anything to solve my case after it was transferred from one state to another after nothing being done for 1-2 years. Then I was transferred from person to person, never knowing who was really handling my case. NOT ONE person ever called me to tell me it did not get resolved. I had to hire a tax attorney 2 years ago to help get it settled and spend more money. If it had been settled or even not settled, I am sure he would found that out by now. Ya'll dropped the ball on my case and just don't want to admit it. The only thing I received out of my business with your company was a couple years of tax returns. From the beginning, $2500 was supposed to be taken out of my account and then $2500 paid later, but the whole amount was taken out all at once. That should have been a red flag for me then, but I wanted to believe in your company.

After this delightful response, I will make sure to post my experience on every website (Facebook, Yelp, etc). I can find. Thanks and have a great day!

I called Tax Tigers after hearing their commercial on the radio to see if they could work with me to reduce my IRS debt. It took quite some time because I had personal issues that we’re consuming and I was not able to get all the documents to them right away. But I have to say they were very patient and diligent in the process. They submitted an offer for me but it was denied. I was devastated, I had worked so long and hard and I anticipated an acceptance on my offer which they told me they were pretty sure it would be excepted. Nevertheless it was denied and I didn’t know what I was going to do. I waited some time to try to sort it all out, the IRS gave me a deadline day to respond with an appeal. When I finally decided I should go forward with the appeal I completed the documents required, I sent a copy to Tax Tigers along with an email that included can explanation before sending it to the IRS. I later received a call from Kathy at Tax Tigers asking me about my appeal and she explained that I would probably be denied for the reasons I gave them. After speaking with Kathy she told me she might be able to do something and they would work on it. Got the job done, offerI was very happy to hear that but still not sure if the appeal would be honored. Thankfully it was honored and I received an acceptance for my offer. Text tigers did a good job but I do want to say I was a little disappointed that they did not follow up with the appeal until I initiated it. Nevertheless the end result was great! Offer excepted!

Did what they were able to do for me and settled my issue fairly simply. Could of reached out to me more frequently as it takes a while to hear from the IRS but whenever I reached out to them they were responsive and were able to answer my questions succintly. Would recommend to others.

Organized, quick and secure and a great success. I felt in good hands and things worked out perfectly. The IRS will not be bothering me again for the tax years is in question. They ended up refunding me several thousand. I felt like telling IRS, “this was fun let’s do it again next year”. LOL

Tax Tiger is an angel sent from God, or a coincidence in your world if you don't believe in angels! Our business had been struggling for years and we had gotten way behind in our taxes. Then my husband had a major stroke and I was needed to quit my job and take over the managing of our business and figuring all the past taxes. We owed over a hundred thousand and interest and penalties were piling up. I hired a local Tax Tiger agent who filled all our needs and then some. Our case was not settled when she became seriously ill and had to close her franchise in 2018. I had not been notified of this issue but the next time I called her office number I was routed to TAX TIGER main office in Sacramento. I was immediately connected with Kathy H. She gave me assurance that they would take on my case without any additional charge at this time. Due to delays with processing at IRS our issues are still 'in process' but Kathy's office has reviewed all our documents, and given invaluable advise concerning all the form letters IRS still sends to scare us. A couple years ago they levied our SS checks but only for one month!! I contacted our agent, Heather, at Tax Tiger, and she immediately took care of that and got us a refund as she had previously put us under hardship status. We retired a couple years ago after having to close our business and would be on the streets now if not for Kathy and her business. After years of advise and information about the process and what we needed to do, we are going to have to actually pay for services rendered now since our case will require some hours of service from our attorney agent, Heather. This company has a minimum base charge compared to any other tax service like it. If you are looking for a miracle, Tax Tiger is your answer! They genuinely care about you as a person!!

What was really convenient was doing everything via email. You are not required to go into the office so that farther reduced the stress and anxiety.

It took approximately one year to resolved my tax issues. I am very grateful. I walked out of this situation with my mental capacity in a much better place then when I walked in, as well as zero debt!!!!
