We started this process almost 6 yrs ago with Tax Tiger. At that time the IRS said I owed them over 90 thousand dollars. Tax Tiger worked with us from the start , the IRS had me sign a document that said I am responsible for interest if they deny my offer. With the interest the IRS charges it would have been over 200 thousand dollars . With Tax Tigers help I paid $10,000 plus filing fees and the cost of hiring Tax Tigers.
I believe the delay came from the IRS investigating my background.

I called Tax tiger a couple of years ago to help me with some on file taxes they charged me about $2000 for that they were going to help me file my back taxes and do a report to see where we stood when I sent them in my taxes we found some mistakes from that point they said they could no longer do my taxes for the initial fee now they wanted $1200 per year nevertheless I hired my own accountant and did it myself and the report that they claimed that they did was to tell me that I had on file taxes. Steer clear of this company they claim to be a Christian-based company so they can earn your trust all they did was tell me I had back taxes owed and took $2000 from me not to mention they’re very difficult to get a hold of and rude on the phone I’m so disappointed.

Tax tiger founder called me and promised to take disciplinary action with the agents that i was dealing with and promised to refund $250 of the funds I have paid them. I have yet to receive and re-payment.
Now they will say I missed the appointment however this is untrue the person to be at the appointment was late very late and unfortunately, I was already booked by the time they got around to get to me.
I did ask them why it was taking so long to get my returns back from the IRS and my counselor retorted shortly we can't do anything until they are filed, I asked if they could check the IRS website he said flatly NO! The bedside manner of this company is nonexistent.
Then they removed the power of attorney representing me with the IRS..... I didn't get noticed from my representative at TAX Tiger I received it from the IRS, not even the decency to reach out and tell them I was being dropped. When I did reach out I was met with the same short and condescending tones of rejection and belittlement. For them to say they bent over backward is well.... simply untrue. I received poor service and worst customer service. I would not can not and will not recommend this company. If I could leave zero stars I would.

I paid them $500 for an IRS initial investigation. I made payments of $100 using a credit card. During that time they were polite and responded to my emails. After the payment got completed, I sent several follow up emails asking for an update, which they ignored.
Afterwards they sent me an answer that confused me and I asked extra questions which they -again- ignored.
They did not solve my problem and practically disappeared after they pocketed the $500. Now I have to find someone else to help me with the tax problem.
I do not recommend them to anyone. While technically they did not scam, since they delivered a delayed answer, their support office is unprofessional.
Very disappointed.

Responding to the "response": TrustPilot does not allow images, that's why I can't show the several follow up emails you promptly ignored. Keep calling me "misguided" or whatever other insult you can come up with. My review will stay because I sent PROOF to Trustpilot that I paid you. I have nothing to gain by posting this review, you have A LOT to gain by continuing to fight me.

This is my last response: I am NOT satisfied with your service because you ignored my MANY follow up emails after you got paid. You also said "contact us with any follow up questions", I sent you an email with questions and waited FIVE days before I posted this review.
For a Christian company you sure like twisting the facts.
I am done here and won't respond further. If you want to blame someone look to your support desk that can't bother to respond.

Another tax year gone & Brittney with her support staff rock again!!! A company you can trust!!!

I want to take responsibility for putting myself in the position to need Tax Tiger, I had contacted two other companies and was overwhelmed with the upfront money,
My experience was frustrating from the get go. My social security was garnished after being assured it would not be, I contacted my assigned attorney immediately and was assured the garnishment would stop and it did not.
Repeatedly I was told the IRS was slow and behind , not so slow that they successfully garnished my wages.
Also I was under the mistaken impression that Tax Tiger would aggressively negotiate penalty and late payment, They did not! This led to increased not decreased money owed, Finally a payment arrangement was made that I agreed to and after my down payment the IRS kept my 2020 refund.
I was drawn to Tax Tiger after hearing the founder and CEO on Fox news. I don't doubt there are Christians in the organization but my experience was disappointing and at times untruthful. Several times I was told one thing only to learn what I had been told was not the case,
I know many others had good experiences, I'm just letting you know document every conversation, copy other contacts from Tax Tiger. I was told the attorney that handled my case was "the best", if true the bar is pretty low.
Finally, three years of returns were done by Tax Tiger and all three were corrected by IRS audit and hundreds of dollars in interest and penalties added.
Bottom line I'm back in good graces with IRS but I would recommend that if you choose Tax Tiger be diligent in holding them accountable,

tax tiger got me out of a major bind. Totally recommended.

Tax Tiger became the third company I had gone through to get my tax situation handled. Tax Tiger did just that, they handled my situation with professional, knowledgeable expertise. If you don't want to take a chance and get your tax situation done right the first time, then I strongly recommend this company. There are shady practices out there in this field and all I can say is there is nothing shady about Tax Tiger.

I would like to write a review with regards to the CEO of Tax Tiger, LLC. I contacted Kathy with a serious issue that I had with the IRS that was crippled with lack of direction and strategy for my family's finances.
I was recommended by a friend of mine through UPS in Colorado who had employed Kathy's services for his personal business. Kathy literally eradicated 99% of debt of my friends IRS tax liability through careful strategic protocol.

If you are reading this review it is probably because you have an issue with the IRS. I did. I know how disconcerting and even ruinous that can be.

Four years ago I got a BACK TAX COLLECTION NOTICE from the IRS. The amount would certainly push me into bankruptcy. I hired big tax firm in Century City. They provided some help but their fees were adding significantly to the amount of money I would have to payout. When all was said and done I was still in deep arrears with the IRS. Bankruptcy was the looming option.

In a desperate last act, I turned to Tax Tiger. Truth be told I was skeptical that they could help me at all but I had no other options. From the very beginning of my association with Tax Tiger, I felt hopeful again.

Kent Millard, Anh Ho, and Blanca Delacruz were extremely professional, calm, cool, and collected. And reassuring! They guided me through their protocols and the collection of all my tax information. It was a process but they never let me get to the point that I felt overwhelmed. Steady and true. And they handled every communication with the IRS. They had a plan and they delivered.

I had been trying different (expensive) solutions to an IRS problem for 15 or so years when I signed up with Tax Tiger. Based on past experience my highest hope was that TT could tie up the IRS and prevent collections for a couple years. 2 years later (probably my own fault it took that long) I paid the IRS off with $12,272.00 to clear a debt that was north of $80,000

I can't say enough good about tax tigers. we owed the IRS over 450,000 dollars, We worked with John Call and his staff to file an OIC.
John did a great job for us, we ended up settling for $15,000. If you have any tax problems at all i would highly recomend Tax Tigers to represent you, they get things done.

Thank you to Kylie Klingman and Tax Tiger for the awesome result in our renegotiation with the IRS taking our tens of thousands owed and reducing it to $200. Praise GOD and what a sigh of relief to have that burden off our minds. I can’t say enough about what got accomplished while working with Tax Tiger! I had 10 years worth of tax issues, and didn’t even know where to start. I had a Federal Tax Liability of $143,148 from 2013, 2014 & 2015. I owed this from self-employment tax along with early 401k disbursements and didn't know where to turn. I buried my head in the sand and didn't respond to the IRS. The IRS threatened Judgements on my real property and bank levies. They restricted my Passport and I felt helpless. I was referred by a friend to Tax Tiger as Kathy Hill was empathetic, understanding as I felt confident her team would help me through this dark time. Kathy said I should qualify for the IRS's offer and compromise program, as I was still sceptical. I was assigned to Kelly Matney EQ, as she walked me through their gameplan and each step. I received bad news as I wasn't eligible based on an obscure tax law. Kathy recommended for me to pursue an appeal as well as another gameplan if I wasn't denied again. Kelly consulted with me as to the appeal process and in December I received my results back... My appeal was accepted and I owe $20.00!!! Yes, this is true!!! I can't thank Kathy and her team enough as I have referred a colleague to Tax Tiger already. Please learn from me as you need to call Tax Tiger ASAP!!!
