I am writing this because I want people to know what an extraordinary company Tax Tiger is! Kathy Hill, the founder of this company, is an amazing Christian lady with a passion for helping others with their tax debt.
When I first met Kathy she assured me she could help me. She was very warm and I could tell she was very sincere. I have had this tax debt hanging over my head since 2012. I had paid 40.00 per month for years but with interest and penalties it just kept growing. It was well over $4,000 dollars. Her company submitted an offer in compromise to settle that debt for a total of $5 dollars. Last week we received a letter from the IRS stating that they have accepted our offer.
I am so grateful for her help! Being disabled and living on Social Security I had run out of options to pay this debt! She also helped 2 others in my family with much higher tax debt. I am forever grateful to Kathy and her team!

After paying $1000 to Tax Tiger on fees to prepare my tax returns, I am now having difficulties trying to get in touch with people in their San Diego, CA office. It’s very frustrating. I just want my money back so I can look for a better company to do my tax returns like Optima Tax Relief, maybe.

I called the Tax Tiger office in San Diego, CA today for 30X and never got an answer. After a couple of hours, no one has returned my calls to that office. Sad... 😞 ....Frustrated... ☹️

I was put in a horrible position through a divorce and couldn't have asked for more compassionate consistent help. It was a battle and a long process but of the total amount owed, which was 6 figures, they got it down to 3 figures, approximately 1% of the total bill. Well worth the time it took.
The fees they charge are minimal in the grand scheme of things. Very responsive when I called or emailed.

This company deserves 5 stars. The only thing you need to be concerned about is whether or not you will actually receive the settlement result that they say you may receive in a consultation. We did a preliminary run-through, and the person with whom I had my consultation predicted an approximate $700 settlement. My settlement result was approximately $8500 -- this is with my case originally assessed at $54,000. This is not necessarily a blight against them, since this is typical of the tax resolution industry at large, and the prospective $700 settlement was never to be construed as a guaranteed result. I have found the typical price range for a case like mine is about $2500-$7000 -- the price for me was $5k, BUT THAT WAS FOR A CASE LIKE MINE -- THIS MAY NOT BE THE PRICE FOR YOU. Also, IN MY CASE, they allowed me to make payments on my cost, with me making an initial down payment of approximately $1000; whereas most in the industry required me to put down approximately 50%, with the remainder to be paid in about 2-3 months. So, as a whole, you will likely come away satisfied.

I had the good fortune to choose Tax Tiger to assist me in resolving some long overdue tax issues. That is a decision I do not regret. Kelly and Che were my case workers.
