The IRS recently sent my son a tax bill from the year 2013 when he was only 15 years old, claiming he owed 30k from a sports sponsorship that he actually received no money personally from. I got a very I welcomed surprise when I woke to find there had been a levy issued against my accounts. I immediately checked online for my options and was lucky enough to find Tax Tiger. I submitted my information and got a phone call from them before I could put away the laptop. It was that fast. I spoke on the Phone with a kind gentleman who walked me through the scenarios and was very honest and understanding about the issues after gathering all the necessary information he gave me his honest opinion which was to actually call the department of revenue myself since what I owed them would not justify the cost of retaining Tax Tiger to represent me. He abused me for free on the steps I should take and then gave me some expected outcomes. I followed them and as of today my funds have been released. I spoke to them on a Thursday and it is now the following Monday. I received a text close to the end of business day EST asking if I had resolved the issue and needed further assistance. Just like everyone else with a tax problem, I was scared and feared the worse... Tax Tiger was very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I honestly believe (after first doing my due diligence) and then due to the amazing resolution of my case that there is no one better in this business than Tax Tiger. Seriously, they are legitimate and trustworthy and as you will see in my review, I am super stoked with the service they provided and again, the awesome resolution to my case!

Like most that find themselves looking for a tax debt resolution service like Tax Tiger, I was in a very, very bad spot with the IRS. Very bad. Really bad! Pretty much as bad as it can get! One day, after burying my head in the sand for years in regards to past taxes, I woke up with my bank accounts levied, all my money evaporated (seized by the IRS) and owing an amount to the IRS that there was no way I could ever pay, at least not in this lifetime AND my paycheck garnished as well.

This is, as you know if something similar happened to you, and trust me it will if you ignore it long enough, one of the worst possible situations to find yourself in financially. But, there is hope and that hope lies in using Tax Tiger to resolve your tax issues - the state or the IRS.

It was incredibly stressful and I really felt helpless, hopeless and lost and in a maddeningly fast downward spiral. I honestly thought in short order that I would end up homeless and lose my job. All that being said, most will need a legitmate professional organization, one that you can trust 100% and that would be the good people at Tax Tiger. Without a doubt they are simply the best that there is in the business. Check out their Better Business Bureau rating and other legitimate online reviews and you will quickly find out how very happy and thankful people are with the service that Tax Tiger provided to them. Yes, they really are that good and if they weren't I would let you know, you can be sure of that!

To be honest, it is not an inexpensive proposition to retain the services of Tax Tiger. But what you end up paying Tax Tiger in relationship to your debt and your restoration as an up-to-date taxpayer, absent of debt to the IRS, is really a pittance and beyond well worth. It truly is priceless and when put in context, it is very, very affordable in fact down right cheap!

They also make available very really reasonable down payments in most cases and then monthly payments over a year to settle your debt with them, which is very generous. Without that program, I don't think I could have afforded it and am super grateful that option was made available to me.

Tax Tiger has been doing this for a very long time and have an outstanding reputation in the industry, again one which is fraught with scammers and cons. Of course I was very wary going in to this deal but after several long and in-depth conversations with the professionals at Tax Tiger I felt fairly confident as I handed over my down payment and signed the contract.

Being a born sceptic, I was holding onto some doubt though. That was until the very next day after I signed the contract. Tax Tiger was able to get the entire amount levied by the IRS, several thousand dollars, back in my account! Unbelievable and I was totally blown away! That was a huge stress reliever right there it was like having a huge weight lifted off my shoulders as I thought I would never see that money again. That right there sealed the deal for me, giving me 100% confidence that I had made the right decision to go with Tax Tiger.

Everything was smooth sailing after that, Tax Tiger is great at keeping you informed every step of the way and giving you reasonable timelines as your Offer in Compromise (OIC) works its way through the system. In the end, I really was able to settle my case for fractions of pennies on the dollar! The OIC was approved for roughly $800 and the IRS offered monthly payments on that amount as well. That was on a whopping 60K+ outstanding to the IRS. Sixty. Thousand. Dollars - for 800 bucks! Wow!

Again I was totally blown away and so relieved! I cannot even begin to tell you how good it felt to have settled with the IRS and back current on my taxes. This is a true story and there are literally thousands of cases that Tax Tiger has resolved over the years with similar and even much greater numbers on the debt side with similar low numbers on the settlement side. Mind blowing for sure!

To give you a quick overview of how the process works in cases like mine involving OIC's the first thing is that you will consult with an expert from Tax Tiger at no cost. After going over the details, they will run the rough numbers and tell you if you qualify and what the next steps are. If you don't qualify, they are going to wish you luck and send you on your way if they don't have an option available to help you. This is one of the reasons that they have such an outstanding reputation. No BS here, the numbers don't lie and Tax Tiger is upfront and honest, their integrity is really unimpeachable in my opinion and the results they achieve speak volumes.

The next step is they will give you a list of things they need for documentation. None of these things is difficult to get but will take you a bit to collect from different places like income information, eligible expenses, etc. This is where you really need to pay attention to detail and provide exactly what they need in an organized manner. This helps them greatly to expedite your case as they assemble your packet for the OIC. Good information and legitimate documentation is crucial to the success of your case and this responsibility falls on you. Again, none of these items are hard to obtain but your really have to follow Tax Tiger's instructions to a T or you will either screw up your case or delay it for no reason. Remember, they are always there to help and just a phone call away. I had no problem accessing my advisor during normal business hours, at all.

Next Tax Tiger creates a very detailed and professionally constructed OIC to the the IRS and then the waiting begins. In the meantime, since they will have been most likely to restore any funds that were levied from your bank account they will also suspend any garnishments if you have them. So for you, life is much better as one, you bank account is made whole again and two, your paycheck is not taking a major hit each pay period on a garnishment. Huge stress relief right there!

Depending on the response from the IRS, your Tax Tiger professional advisor will let you know if you should take the first offer or if they should try to negotiate it down. Of course they have been doing this so long that they know what to expect from the IRS and will advise you accordingly in your best interest. In my case, we gave a counter offer which was accepted, shaving several hundred dollars off my already small settlement amount.

Once your OIC is accepted by the IRS and you pay it off, you are now kissing the ground in joy! Done! Back to a respectable and responsible tax payer and no longer having the dark, dark cloud of the IRS enforcement and collections looming over you. I again cannot tell you how relieving this is!

Now the rest is up to you. Do not mess up again. You've got five years of paying your taxes on time coming up otherwise the OIC can be voided, so be sure not to fall into that horrifically devastating trap again because this time it's going to be like stepping in quicksand, something from which you will not be able to escape most likely.

To sum up this very long review, I used Tax Tiger and they were truly like a gift from God. Being a born sceptic, I never thought what they did for me was even possible and not only did they meet they exceeded my expectations every step along the way, all the way to a great resolution. For tax resolution, this company did a good job and l feel they should stick to that part of the business. Filing taxes was a nightmare, with significant multiple errors... I had to call them multiple times before they could even look at them again and their explanation was pitiful. I would strongly recommend them for tax resolution but NEVER file your taxes.
