I have filed With taxbuddy last year and got a demand notice for their mistake, They did not shown my tax which is deducted from Bank FD. Latter I contacted the to correct the error but there was no response from them.

Absolute trash. My income tax refund was due, but it didn’t come for many days. I kept asking TaxBuddy because I don’t know about IT. And NOW after queries for a month they tell me that the refund failed because of problem in bank account. When I brought up this concern to the executive handling my case, she said “ok thank you” and hung up

This is the worst place to do your tax returns. Please avoid.

Amit kadam is very helpful in nature and did his work fast as he is expert. His work is appreciable. We are satisfied by his nature and work performance.

Same pre written msg again and again, its asking to enter income source when i type 1 for salary, it again asks for income source; this is going in loop, not going even one step ahead. Complete nonsense

BE AWARE!!! 0 accountability I wish I could upload the entire chat screenshot. I got a notice for profession tax where I was told to pay certain taxes and visit the tax officer in person. I asked tax buddy (Dipali) for advice cause I didn't even know what professional tax is, A lady name Pradnya told me to file my final gst return and if I did so I wont get this notice anymore. I paid almost 11k in fines including their fees. A few days later I get the notice again and it turns out that profession tax has nothing to do with gst final return. I contacted Pradnya called her, messaged on Whatsapp she never replied I tried to contact them over chat and explained Dipali everything that happen. Releasing the blunder they stopped replying and now whenever I raise this issue they simply reply by saying they will contact me within 20 minutes it's been almost 1-month since this happened and I am still waiting for their call. Since their service is completely online they are using this to their advantage to cheat and ignore any issues that the customer raises. I suggest you find some other tax filing service or best find a local CA who you can hold accountable and meet physically.

Being away from India , handling tax matters from a distance and lack of latest rules and regulation is not a great combination and situation to be in.
In this background if there is a buddy who walks you through the process, responds to your questions and at the same time maintains data privacy, life is less stressful.
