I cannot recommend Tax Quotes highly enough.

I came to them with a complicated and extremely stressful IRS situation involving multiple tax years and a significant outstanding balance. At various points in the process, the situation felt genuinely overwhelming, particularly when the IRS initially proposed a monthly payment that would have had an enormous impact on me financially.

The Tax Quotes team worked through a difficult collections process, dealt directly with the Revenue Officer, escalated the matter when necessary, kept working toward a better resolution, and ultimately achieved an outcome that was dramatically better and far more sustainable than where things started.

I especially want to recognize Geralyn and the team for their persistence. There were moments when I was anxious and probably needed more reassurance than the average client, but when it mattered, they kept working the case and delivered.

What impressed me most is that they didn't simply get me an agreement so they could close the file. They continued working to get me a better agreement. That distinction ended up making an enormous difference in my life.

While I know every person's situation and outcome will be different, I'm genuinely grateful to Tax Quotes for what they accomplished for me personally. If you're dealing with a serious IRS collection issue and feel like there isn't a way out, I would absolutely recommend speaking with them.

Had a great experience my tax quote professional was very informative with everything answered all my questions helped me prepare for each of my next steps I had multiple years of taxes to take care of and we were able to get it taken care of he helped me reduce any payments that I had as much as possible only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the price to get this help was really expensive I paid $460 3 months in a row just to be able to do this but was worth it with everything I had to do and take care of

High pressure sales and no transparency. You have to pay fee #1 before they will talk to you about fee #2, which is actually the one that helps you. Scare tactics and high pressure sales gave me the ick right away. I had to hang up on the advisor because they refused to give me straight answers to my questions.
There are other companies that will answer all of your questions and not pressure you to sign up. If you feel desperate, don't let these people take advantage of you. Take a breath and call another company that makes you feel confident instead of pressured. All of your questions should be answered before you pay money. This company couldn't give me that, and that was the giant red flag for me to not do business with them.

The process was seamless from start to finish. Martin Yim kept me updated all the way through. He was prompt to get back to me if I had a question, and very courteous.

From the first initial phone conversation I knew I had made the right choice. The entire process was made super easy and Ariel was amazing. She kept in contact with me the entire process. I’am very happy with the outcome and told all my friends and my sisters about TaxQuote so, I think they too will be using TaxQuote.

This is a scam. These people stole my money. They promised that they would help me, but everything was a lie.

I was behind on taxes. Worked with Tax Quotes in filing back taxes to current taxes. All forms filed in a timely manner and representatives worked well with communication and scheduling meetings with me.

SCAM I'm trying to get a refund of my fee. They giving me a run around. Don't use this company. BBB Is next to file

This company promises when they initially call to sell you on their service but then the result is a simple pay plan. I gave these people 4000 dollars to fix my taxes that I had a few years pending. they did the tax returns and once everything was done, they simply filed for a payment plan. Something I could have done on my own.
PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE. COMPANY IS A JOKE!
