The Conveyancing team were superb throughout. Sally and Sarah pulled out all the stops to make sure that the process was as easy and stress free as possible.

Team Alderson supported with mine and my partner's purchase of our first property. The team were friendly and efficient, guiding us through each step of the process. They also helped to chase up the seller's solicitors whenever there were any aspects that were causing delays. Team Wong also supported with creating a Declaration of Trust for the Property at short notice which ensured that our purchase was not delayed.

Taylor Emmet are an amazing professional company!
They are reassuring, knowledgeable and do not 'over egg the pudding'! Explaining processes in uncomplicated English and lay out exactly how processes are going to work. They actually answer emails, phone calls and organise teams meetings in record time. We couldn't recommend them highly enough, hopefully we will never need their services again but if we needed a law firm, they would be the first and only ones we would call!
