Taylor Emmet Reviews

Really happy with the service provided for during our residential conveyancing provided by Jacob Farrall. We sold our house and purchased one using Taylor and Emmet, the level of service provided for both sale and purchase was excellent. Jacob got back to us really quickly and answered a lot of our questions, assisted with helping us with our purchase and went the extra mile to make sure we completed on the day we needed to. Thank you very much and we will use again!

We found the conveyance team at Taylor & Emmet to be highly-professional, attentive and efficient.

They kept us well informed throughout the whole procedure of purchasing our property.

Their excellent knowledge, experience and guidance enhanced a smooth and stress free transition from beginning to end.

The team actively listened and acted upon every wish. All questions were promptly responded to with friendly, caring advice and supportive of any concerns. Everything was explained clearly within the
documentation.

We would highly-recommend ‘Taylor Emmett conveyance Team’ to anyone, as you will be in good hands. They took care of everything with such refreshing professionalism with an added bonus of knowing they have your best interest at heart. They do whatever it takes to make the process happen as smoothly as possible.
We cannot thank Sarah and Sally enough for their sincerity and guidance. It was a pleasure to have Sally Winters team help us get our home.

Yet another great experience with Taylor Emmet, this time handling a property sale. The Dronfield-based conveyancing team were excellent in terms of communication, with clear explanations and prompt replies to any questions. Everyone at TE throughout was friendly and made the whole process appear so smooth. Highly recommend them.

Ellena and Sarah were absolutely fantastic - so efficient and communicative! They made my first house purchase feel as seamless as possible and I felt like I was in very safe hands. We completed 3 months from the date of my offer being accepted, which was so much quicker than I anticipated. I can't thank you enough for all your help, Sarah Gaunt's team!

Our leasehold apartment sale with potential building safety issues was handled by Taylor Emmet. Our conveyancer, Jessica, was always prompt in answering questions and did what she promised on every occasion. We had the usual scenario of a very unresponsive and difficult to deal with property management company (Firstport) but Jessica was tenacious in getting the information and documents required from them. I would definitely recommend Taylor Emmet and would certainly used them again for a property transaction.

Customer Service was excellent. The delivery was bang on time with exceptionally scrutinised information. I am a satisfied customer.

A big thank you to Neil Riley and team for all their support with my sales conveyancing.

Despite some curved balls along the way, Neil's calm approach, re-assurance and expertise throughout allayed any concerns. The same professional approach was experienced with his Assistant, Anna, for the final stages of exchange / completion resulting in a successful sale.

Would highly recommend.

Fantastic conveyancing service. Straight to the point, direct, good communication and handled most of the hassle of buying a house. Well worth the money!

Sally made the experience a much less stressful experience than I expected. Sally shared every piece of information speedily so we were always up to date when we discussed anything. Moving home is never straightforward but I am pleased I used T&E for my conveyancing.

Very professional we were kept informed during the whole process of our purchase.

Really quick and efficient, prompt responses to any questions. Good online system and made everything easy to understand

Service has been reorganised since my previous transaction. Everything is now digitalised and this did prove challenging for an older customer who prefers reading/working with papers and finds the greyscale print universally used challenging to see. However the digitalisation is very efficient and systems are easy to use. Different solicitors working simultaneously on sale and purchase seemed more streamlined and focused actions on key items as they came up. Communications with both were excellent with many same day responses and no longer than 24hrs on emails. Solicitors therefore were accessible and the experience felt very personalised. All of my queries no matter how small were actioned and advice received promptly. Very friendly approachable staff at all levels with 'can do, nothing is too much trouble' attitudes. Would instruct conveyancing again without hesitation.

Very professional experience dealt with all my needs very friendly staff and prompt thanks again 🙂

The company as a whole worked in together to make the process easy. Regular updates at each point a pleasure to do business with.

Philippa and team have been amazing throughout the entire process , clear communication at all times on next steps , and delivered when they said they would

Every aspect of our experience with Taylor and Emmet has been excellent each time we have needed their services a good job done at a reasonable price

Another great experience with the team at Taylor & Emmet. Good communication throughout, friendly and easy-to-reach staff. Always very helpful and yet again, they did everything in good time. I won't waste time using anyone else.

I have now been given a very reliable member of staff, in Claire Dibb who is 100% efficient and who I relate to very well.

My experience of solicitors in the past has left a lot to be desired to be honest. I found Bethany Moore at Taylor Emmett completely proficient and yet amiable. Felt that she looked after my interests during a recent property purchase. I wouldn’t use any other solicitors in future.
