Chris & Suzy Cocks Reviews

Great buy! Lovely plant presented exactly as described on the web-site. Delivered as promised with top notch care and packaging. Good communication with sellers. Wholly recommend!

Quality plants, mature and very strong and healthy. Highly recommended.

Purchased both Amber and Taiga earlier in the year. They are both absolutely stunning and just starting to bloom. Do not hesitate to try this company out. The varieties are beyond expectations. So pleased I found this grower. T C Sharpe

I don’t often write reviews, but after several dubious experiences buying plants online I wanted to say how pleased I am with the clematis I recently purchased from Taylors Clematis. They were mature, healthy, well priced and carefully packed for delivery. And to top that they allow you to choose a delivery window. Can’t recommend Taylors Clematis highly enough!

This is the third time we have bought from Taylors Clematis and each time the plants have arrived on the due date - specified when ordering - carefully packed and covered to prevent them drying out in transit.
Currently looking for another site for a different specimen!

An wonderful plant arrived in excellent condition and well packed. Will definitely be going back for more

Collected a strong, healthy Edda clematis last week. A great present! Excellent friendly customer service with good communication. Have bought from Taylors' a number of times from shows and online - always been pleased with the quality of the plants and advice given. Will definitely continue to use them.

The communication was very rude, very sarcastic tone reply from Chris or Suzy.

I ordered 2 x clematis from them last year, 1st time ordering online (never done it before) and was impressed with the package and the quality of the plants.
However, after the flower has spent this spring and the leaves suddenly went brown and wilted. I emailed them to query about it.

Their reply was so rude and for a company with such poor relations service - I won't be ordering from them in future.

They also said they are busy sending out mail orders and are short-staffed, which can't be as I received the reply within minutes!

Seems that they can't be bothered to communicate with their customers regardless of what query or advice you may have.

Ordered 6 Clematis they arrived well packed, large pots 2 year old well established very healthy plants.
I've bought from other places but these far exceed any Clematis I've bought by mail order or from my local garden centres. I will be adding more Clematis to my garden and will definitely be buying them all from Taylors from now on. Can't recommend them enough.

Superb quality plants, well packaged. Useful planting/growing instructions in the catalogue. Mine are all romping away with lots of flower buds. Highly recommended.

My plants came quickly and were in beautiful condition. The packaging was superb and protected the plants. They have been in the ground a few weeks and are now coming into flower. I would certainly recommend this company for top quality clematis.

Absolutely amazing clematis bought 2 last year they are fabulous full of flowers
Thank you so much would highly recommend

I don't often leave reviews but the 4 clematis I have just received are so good it is as if I chose them myself. So often mail order plants don't live up to expectations so it's refreshing to find a company which exceeds them.

This company is excellent. Exceptionally nice people and extremely helpful. The plants are well established and beautifully packaged. Mine, bought 2 years ago, have romped away and covered the wall already.

I specifically asked for a clematis that was out of stock - they told me when it was back in stock and then delivered a beautiful specimen - strong, healthy with good root system and several strong leaders. Would definitely recommend.

My two Clematis arrived safely packed and very healthy. They arrived when predicted and I was impressed with their service. I shall use this business again. Thank you.

I received 2 healthy clematis from Taylors after seeing them on Gardeners’ World. They were carefully packed and arrived on the due date. Excellent customer service throughout. I will be ordering more in due course and highly recommend this business.

Purchased a Avalanche clematis in 2020,followed instructions for planting in large pot, and,WOW,an absolute avalanche of white blooms this year.incredible sight, thank you.

Received two beautiful clematis from Taylors. Already in bud and full of growth. Very good value and excellent customer service too. Will definitely buy from them again.

Just received a delivery from the courier of my two year old Clematis in superb condition in a cardboard tube fully intact without any damage - I can’t quite believe the quality of the service and the product - I shall definitely be recommending to family and friends - and what a great present to send someone !!
