Chris & Suzy Cocks Reviews

We bought three lovely clematis from Taylors. Taylors seem to be THE specialists. They have a fantastic range and on their website you can filter your search by colour, growing season, height and so forth, which helps if you don't know at the start which plants you want.

The plants duly arrived, excellently packaged to avoid any damage and looking very healthy and are now in the soil. As their website says, plants are mature, and these are taller and more mature than a clematis I had already bought from another site.

This is a family business, and I don't know about you, but I always prefer to buy plants from that kind of business, who put their heart and soul into it and grow the plants, not from a chain, who buy in plants which look great when you buy them but then often disappoint.

One last thing is very important to mention: value for money. The price for such mature plants is very reasonable indeed. I recommend them very highly.

First order arrived and I was so pleased &impressed that I went back for a second order.
All the plants were safely packaged and very healthy.
Excellent condition and all now planted.
Who needs garden centres when you can get unusual and rare varieties delivered to your door.
Thank you Taylor Clematis

I have just received my clematis plant. It was well packaged and in excellent healthy condition. I would highly recommend choosing a clematis from Taylors. Thank you to all and I'm sure I will be able to enjoy this excellent plant for many years to come.
Thank you John harrigan

Prompt service and quality mature plants - delighted with purchase.

Very good company with excellent customer support. Plants and packaging of the highest quality. Cannot fault and would highly recommend.

My sister and I, ordered 13 clematis between us along with feed. They arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Strong looking plants with lots of growth. As they said on their web site, all on canes and a good metre tall. They also added a brochure which gives detailed instructions for planting, care and pruning of each clematis. Their delivery company of choice, was the most efficient I have had experience of to date. Thank you Taylor’s, glad I found you on ‘google search’ . Totally recommend

Received a gorgeous healthy clematis plant today , jingle bells. Absolutely beautiful

great plants very strong well packed welldone.

Ordered 5 clematis, first time buyer.

When the parcel was delivered, inside were 5 tall healthy plants in excellent condition. The sturdy packaging was really well designed so that no plant would be damaged in transit. I've purchased countless plants and trees in recent years as I'm rewilding woodland and turning lawns into meadows.
This is the best-packaged plant delivery I've ever had, I was delighted when I opened the box.
Definitely 5-star service, I will be a returning customer.

Very happy with my order. Speedy delivery and extremely well packed. Will order again.

I’ve just bought a Clematis Plant from Taylor’s Clematis, this is my first shopping experience with them, I shop for my plants a lot online and I have found that a lot of what you receive is really rubbish, so I was surprised when my plant came because it was packed really well, it looks so healthy and it’s a lovely size, also i thought the price was great, so take a tip from me as an honest person and buy from this couple who own the firm, David Ayshford

Lovely plant of Clematis Winter Beauty received quickly and extremely well packed. Very good communication. Lots of pretty varieties in enclosed catalogue to choose from ☺️

Very efficient service, I have been waiting a long time for my clematis variety to come back into stock. Prompt replies to emails, delivered when they said they would, packaged sturdily and the plant looks really healthy. Also came with a very informative catalogue/growing guide. Will be ordering again.

Really impressed with Suzy and Chris who were so helpful when i wanted to merge an order that i had made. The quality of the plants is outstanding and the careful packaging and delivery second to none. You will not find a better selection or price at a local garden centre. I will be back for more later in the spring ! Thank you so much

This was repeat order for clematis from Taylors. I was so impressed by how well packed last years order was and how well the plants grew so I had no hesitation in ordering more plants. These too were so well packed that they arrived in immaculate condition. Lovely healthy plants.

First time we have used Taylors but it will not be the last. Problem with the courier was sorted out immediately by Chris & Suzy. Beautiful, healthy plant expertly packed.

My first time buying from Taylor's clematis and Im very impressed with both the 8 clematis I bought and the level of customer service. This is a firm that you can trust. The clematis plants are lovely and sturdy ready to plant, not just a weak stem but healthy tall growth that you just know will do well. I had several queries and they were only too happy to give me advice and explanations. It is worth buying from this family firm as there will be no disappointments.
Highly recommended.

I was delighted with the service, speed of delivery and condition of the clematis which I ordered from Taylor’s.
