Taylor Yates Reviews

Great product. Love the size and shape. Quality leather.

Customer Service was great, helpful and very informative. Some really lovely items in store.

I was in the shop just before Easter and saw the Tilly hobo bag. Over the next few days I thought about it and decided to buy it. I rang and spoke to a very helpful assistant, paid for the bag and it arrived at my home a few days later. The bag is beautiful. Excellent service, thanks

Excellent customer service. Couldn’t be more helpful.
And as for the bags…… absolutely stunning!!! I am blown away by the quality and style.
Thank you!

Once again, great quality product at a truly amazing price, and purchase and delivery couldn’t have been easier or more efficient.

I love my bag. It is just the right size and I love the colour. The leather is soft and luxurious and I look forward to using it.

Love ❤️ my Mary bag .
My one gripe is that i had no contact from you after my confirmation of purchase. As a result i missed delivery .Had to wait 24hrs before collecting at local Post Office .
The bag is a soft leather ,roomy and know it will last me many years

Amazing, quick service with such a beautiful product.

Love this bag! Beautiful and such luxurious leather. Fantastic service and super quick delivery😀.

Lovely bag which I had been looking at for some time. Was able to order online and collect at the store the next day. The girl in the store was very pleasant and helpful.

I contacted the shop about a Christmas present that I wanted to purchase prior to it closing for the day. The sales person kindly delivered the item to my home on her way home. I find the sales team friendly and very helpful.

Open communication. Excellent customer service. Seeing your wife's face on Christmas Day and thinking "yeah, I nailed that one!"

The young lady was very helpful, pleasant and nothing was to much trouble to her. Thank you

Great service and advice from everyone in the TY team. This made choosing the style, colour and size easy. And a wonderful experience. I love my bamboo silk skirt. It will be a classic in my wardrobe for years to come.

I have visited and purchased in your shop many times over a number of years and found the members of your team extremely friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Always a pleasure to pop in and not necessarily buying.

The Alice bag arrived on time and beautifully wrapped. But that was nothing compared to the beauty of the bag! Soft, buttery leather with great attention to detail. Love everything about it!

Wonderful service. Nicely presented.

How easy it was to see the offers.
How friendly and helpful the staff were as iI ordered one colour and my daughter said mum wouldn't like that colour and she rang up and it was changed .
