Carl from TCHL Iinteriors went the extra mile to help with my order and the delivery was very quick. I will be very happy to order again, everything I need for my projects is there so now it is my favourite shop for craft stuff. The products stocked are amazing. Fast but…
The package arrived early but I had to give Hermes my address as part of an alternative drop off location because for some reason there has not been my whole address sumitted even though my order confirmation showed my whole address.
Also the stopover location send me a confirmation that they received my package and made it look like that would be the final destination. This lead to a lot of stress and efforts on my side to clarify the situation but I could not even talk to a real person and the chat bot communicated in a circle and did not work correctly.

Hi. You purchased this using the Ebay Global Shipping program. These are shipped via Ebay's Hub in the UK. We have nothing to do with this after it has left this facility. We don't get to see any of your address details. As per Ebay's policies all communication between buyer and seller has to take place through Ebay. You didn't try to message us at any point during this transaction.

Great product range & fabulous customer service!
Earlier this year, I ordered some milk mineral paint and brushes from TCHL Interiors LTD. They were quickly dispatched (with some fun extras tossed into the box). I meant to write a review at the time, but I forgot--until recently. I opened up some of the paint to redo my garden furniture, and noticed one colour was different from the colour pictured on the tin (the paint company's error, not TCHL's). I contacted TCHL about the issue, and once again, I found their customer service to be excellent. They checked another tin to make sure the colour was correct, and quickly sent it out to me. In our email communications, Tony and Carl were prompt, friendly, and responsive. My impression is of a shop that really cares about its products and customers, so I will definitely order from TCHL again!
