TCIC Living Reviews

I was really impressed with the company from the start to end of their work. Throughout the company staff have replied promptly, offered knowledgeable assessments, worked diligently (especially through some tough weather) and ensured communication was strong. We are really pleased with the outcome of our new conservatory roof. It looks great and after over a month of use I can confirm it is warmer and we are able to utilise the space better.

Extremely polite company from start to finish, with updates throughout.
I had the conservatory roof insulated and left the outside with the original polycarbonate flat roof. It’s about 5 years old, 3m/8m and unfortunately in the shade due to extensions. 6 spotlights were fitted first and then Scott and his partner came and fitted the insulation, they left no mess and were extremely friendly, giving advice on how to deal with draughts.
I will definitely consider this company in the future to replace the outside of the roof with tile ( they advised in the first phone call that it would be a waste of money to replace the roof now that’s still in perfect condition).
This morning at 7am it was 12 degrees in the Concervatory, I put the heating on until 8am, within minutes it was toasty warm ( it used to take about half an hour to take the chill off). By 11am it was back to 12degrees and could feel the chill again, outside it was 8.5degrees in our gazebo. So it’s definitely made a difference to how fast it warms up and how long it keeps the heat inside. It also rained this morning and it wasn’t as loud inside. It also looks better and cleaner. This is a play room, in the future we’d like it to be an entertaining area and part of the house, we will probably replace the outside roof for added insulation and warmth, we’re considering underfloor heating with solar panels as a heating source.

Everything went on as planned. The fitters came on time and done an excellent job. Had a small issue and they came straightaway and fixed it. Highly recommend.

Great company to work with from start to finish. Communication was top drawer and fantastic value. Had an external roof replacement for my conservatory...was fitted in one day as promised. Nice set of lads on site who didn't stop working...really pleased with end result ....highly recommend using this company if your conservatory needs an uplift.

My conservatory was 23yrs old and was getting colder each year and I had to use a curtain to pull across to keep the rest of the house warm, I researched online a company to come and insulate as I could not afford to upgrade the whole roof and found the conservatory insulation company so called up had excellent service on the phone and was booked in within 2 weeks of ringing just before Christmas, that was followed by regular emails all very professional with links to sign paperwork. On the day the men turned up on time had gazebo up on drive to cut all materials as it was a rainy day were very efficient offered drinks radio etc but had brought all their own with them, they just got on with the job and finished by 2.30pm with everywhere left clean and tidy.

The room now looks such much cleaner and neater and I have ceiling lighting which I have never had in there before which has helped greatly when using the room in the evenings, I have left it a few weeks before leaving a review as I wanted to see how much warmer it was in the really cold weather which I experienced this week. In the daytime the room is much warmer and I can now sit in there no problem I have not had to close the curtain for 3 weeks which is great but I did close it when we had snow not because it was too cold just more to keep the heat in there. I am very happy with the job and would not hesitate recommending this company if you have an older unusable conservatory and hoping it’s a bit cooler in summer too, there was no payment to make on the day I was sent an invoice a few days later checking I was happy with the insulation which was great.

What a fantastic experience I had so easy from start to finish, it was a pleasure having the work carried out by this company so helpful professional from first meeting with Simon I could tell that this company was the one for me and the rest of the team proved me right everything was so well organised and went smoothly with no problems, would highly recommend to anyone.

We have been 100% pleased with the finished work done by Darren and Jack. The whole process was well communicated too. We highly recommend them to anyone thinking of similar project.

Great service from beginning to end definitely a 5 star service

Excellent service, great value for money and speedy build. Thank you so much

Professional service from start to finish. Reliable, knowledgeable on their subject matter. Great attention to detail and finishing. 2 lads that did the work were great. Very happy with the finished product.

Great work,I'm happy customer, friendly company and great price

Excellent company to do business with. We are delighted with the workmanship and the team of workers were very professional, and tidy. Would recommend them.

I rarely use words like 'outstanding,' but the teamwork shown by Darren, Jack and Chris of the Conservatory Insulation Company, as they replaced my old polycarbonate roof, was just that. Each had a task for a result that surpassed my expectations. I now have a tiled and well-insulated roof space that we are proud of.
Well done, boys. It was a pleasure to see you at work

My 5* review is as follows.
This company I would highly recommend, the team who were 3-5 guys throughout the day on Friday 31st October came to Manchester from H.O in Leeds. We were having our conservatory roof replaced with a tapco slated roof. The guys were very friendly and kept us informed throughout the day as to where and what they were doing. They were very clean and tidy and even took some other stuff, that we didn’t need away with them. Overall a fantastic team and excellent value for money.
Thank you to the whole team at the Conservatory Insulation Company. Michelle Tutton- Manchester

From start to finish the level of service was excellent. Darren, Jack and Andy were really polite , professional and they had great attention to detail. I would 100% recommend this company. Very happy with my new conservatory roof 😀

Great communication from the company from start to finish. I was really impressed with the quality of the work and the speed in which the project was completed. The space was awkward and not useable and within a week we have a dry and bright space that we can use as part of the house. Also shout out to all the lads on the job who were all very polite and did some long shifts to get the job done. Wish I’d known this business existed a year ago!

It has been a smooth, professional process from the initial enquiry, through to completion. All the options were fully explained, with no pressure.

The tradesmen who carried out the installation were knowledgeable, highly skilled and very helpful.

We now have a room that we can use all year round that looks absolutely stunning.

Highly recommended!
