Conservatory Insulations UK Reviews

The fitters arrived on time from Milton Keynes ( we're on the South Coast) very pleasant couple of guys. We had a minor leak on one of the roof panels which they were kind enough to fix which was much appreciated. They worked non stop and were clean and tidy. Just as they'd finished I pointed out the door opening into the conservatory from the kitchen was hitting the roof panels. There were 3 slightly damaged panels. By this point they'd loaded their van and asked me if I knew someone who could adjust the hinges on the door. My husband had to sort the door out. It's better than it was but it's still rubbing slightly and obviously the damaged panels are still there. In hindsight I wouldn't have booked them if I'd have known they weren't local. I'm sure if I lived within a few miles of Milton Keynes they would have been back to sort it. This was a job for my elderly Mum which I sorted for her so I feel responsible. I can't believe they didn't check the door clearance before starting. I do feel disappointed but on a positive note the conservatory is much warmer now and a lot cooler in the summer. It's lovely not to be able to hear the rain on the polycarbonate roof and Mum's happy she had it done. I just wish I'd checked where they were based before paying the deposit.

A really amazing transformation of our conservatory. It looks great and a professional job. I can’t fault the customer service from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend enough

Excellent experience from start to finish. Sales call was very informative and helpful, not pushy as this company is so good, they don't need to be pushy. Call day before to confirm. Carl and Tony were super helpful and polite, cracked on and had everything done in a few hours. Left everything immaculate and did a fantastic job. I have no hesitation recommending this firm. Totally transformed our conservatory and all done within a week of enquiry. I was slightly suspicious of how many 5* reviews they have but now I've dealt with them, its clear to see why, cant fault the price, standard of work and professionalism in any way. If you’re thinking of getting this work done, then i highly recommend you do.

Highly recommend this company, can’t believe the difference having my conservatory roof insulated on the inside, what a difference it is no longer a cold unused space A big shout out to the two installers Tony and Carl, the never stopped from start to finish and left everything nice nice and tidy. Also to Eddy and Sarah. Thank you. Highly recommend

Very easy and quick from enquiry to installation. Good communication throughout, Fitters arrived on time, completed the job and left the conservatory clean and tidy. Very Happy

Everything from beginning to end was seamless, from my first contact with Dylan the salesman to the fitter’s Kane and Junior, and finally to Sarah the accounts and installation manager. The whole team were fantastic and should be proud of themselves, I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone, Thank you all

Highly professional in their management and installation . In this day and age it’s rare to find a company that provides such a service. Installation on a fair size complex conservatory was flawless in half a day.
Value for your money 5 stars .

The whole experience was expertly carried out the job done was amazing other companies told us it couldn’t be done this company proved them wrong

First of all I was a bit sceptical because I found this company on FB. I did a bit of research and I was still questioning whether I’d made the right choice. (Just never know nowadays) I decided to call the company and they went above and beyond and to put my mind at Ease. The workmen were here on time, polite, respectful and an absolute pleasure. They did a fantastic job and now I have an extra useable room. Added bonus that they cleared up after themselves. I am genuinely so happy with the work they done. I would absolutely use them again if I ever needed to. Thank you to all of your team I cannot fault not one of you.

Reiterating the other reviews, the service is impeccable. From enquiry to finish, Sarah is lovely as well as efficient. The team that installed the roof were quick and polite. They called me to say they were stuck in traffic and then arrived at their revised eta. The roof is so nice we want to spend all our time in the room now!

Great job. Looks good. Really pleased.

Fitters came on time , got on with the job and cleaned up after themselves all in all excellent. Very polite

Both Mark and Scott arrived on time in the morning and finished the job by lunch time. I'm really pleased with the amazing work, attention to details and not forgetting the friendliness of the staff Sarah and Dylan on the phone. It has completely transformed my conservatory with led lightings and better regulated temperature. Thank you so much, highly recommended to anyone.

Great communication. Office staff as well as fitters so friendly and helpful.
My conservatory was (like most) - too hot on a warm day as well as too cold in the winter. Already after just 1 day the difference is really noticeable. Really affordable too. Highly recommended.

Friendly and efficient staff in the office and "in the field". Appears to be a good job, although it's early days as yet. (Only fitted yesterday!). Prices were competitive.

Conservatory Insulations UK fitted our conservatory over the summer time and they were brilliant from start to finish.

Sarah was very attentive and helpful along the whole journey.

The finished product far exceeded our expectations.

Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Thanks team.

From 1st contact it was an excellent journey. The quote was done quickly and a price agreed upon.
A date was arranged for installation and on the day the team arrived and within minutes were hard at work. The installation was done by mid afternoon and the conservatory was probably cleaner than before they arrived.
The temperature on the inside the conservatory in full sun was pleasant instead of being very hot.
Recommended wholeheartedly.
