Great job!
The lads did a fantastic job recently on our sunroom. Quick, good clean up, very tidy job. The only improvement could be with communication. We were supposed to be called with the date the week before, but they just turned up one morning without notice. We were home that day though so all good. They were very quick to ring looking for the invoice to be paid though lol.
Overall we are very happy with the job they did and would recommend to anyone looking. Great customer service, very friendly lads, quick with the quote and just got on with the work.

Disappointed
We had Cosyroof do our conservatory 3 years ago this November. We gave them a 5 star review based on the excellent job we thought was done .
Unfortunately since then we have had an on going problem with the roof making a noise on windy days. The company have been back twice to adjust the guttering but have not resolved the problem. We keep getting promises that they will come back but are either on holiday or not working in our area . We were last told that they were working the next two weeks near us but still failed to visit us . We have recommended this company on a number of occasions and feel the company has let both themselves and us down badly.

Fantastic service
The guys working on the roof were polite and efficient, they didn't faff about wasting time, the job was a fantastic job.
We've had rain and sunshine since the roof was replaced and everything has been amazing. A room we can now use again

Cosyroof took care of everything. They took away the old roof.
Cosyroof took care of everything. They removed the old roof and put on the new cosy roof with insulation all in one day. Next day the electrician came and installed the ceiling lights. Then two days later the plasterer came and plastered the ceiling. We painted the ceiling ourselves and drilled the new holes and refitted the blinds. We also arranged for laminate flooring to be installed. It’s now a very desirable place to sit and chill.

PLANNING APPROVAL
I just wondered how long the Planning Approval process takes Cosyroof.
A conservatory with a glass or plastic roof does not require Planning Consent, once you put a solid roof on it, it becomes a living space and requires Planning Consent.
Also, Building Regulation Approval, Structurally and Thermally, probably other areas too.
This review is relevant to ALL customers who wish to replace a glass or plastic conservatory roof with a solid roof.
You will need to check with the Planning Department be ensure that your converted conservatory comes within what they call 'Development Rights', which covers size, height, proximity to the boundary, etc.
And, of course, you will require Building Regulation Approval, it becomes part of the dwelling with a much heavier roof.
There is nothing to object to about this post, it is simply advice to anyone considering replacing their conservatory roof with a solid roof.
All suppliers should be familiar with these facts.

Excellent after care
I can’t recommend Cosy Roof highly enough. Apart from the actual work they carried out in replacing the roof, their after care was excellent. I had a few unexpected issues obtaining the building warrant. Hugh Ross from Cosy Roof went above and beyond in helping me finally obtain the completion certificate. Just wonderful customer service and it never seemed to be any trouble to him. Thanks again.
