Good customer communication initially…but not after payment
Good customer communication initially until the work was done and paid for then no response whatsoever to enquiries regarding the building control certificate and damage to the large windowsill from workmen's tools being dropped on it wouldn't be replaced but the hole just filled with silicone. I had to resort to chasing up the weight bearing certificate myself through my local Building Control Office. Not something you expect to have to do yourself given the cost of these roofs - they're not cheap by any means. If you need extra lights I'd suggest dealing directly with the electrician himself as its much cheaper to do this than have the cost loaded by Cosyroof's representative who charged me an extra £125 per light versus the electrician's cost of £75 per light ! Other than these issues I am pleased with the final result but it just could have been a much better experience (and cheaper).

Regarding the damage to the window sills, we can’t see any record on our system of this being reported to the office. We’re not sure whether it was mentioned to the team on the day, but if the issue is still outstanding, we would of course be more than happy to look into it and get this rectified for you. Please get in touch with us via the email address you have and send over some photos of the damage, and we’ll be happy to assist.
In relation to Building Control, this was all being handled as part of the usual process for our work. The load-bearing test is carried out once the roof work has been completed and everything has had time to settle. You were on our list to contact regarding this, although we understand that you contacted us first.
With regard to the lighting, the lights were priced as quoted, and the additional lights were provided at a reduced cost as our electrician was already on site, allowing us to keep the additional cost down for you.
We’re genuinely sorry that the overall experience didn’t leave you feeling completely happy. We always want our customers to be pleased with both the work and the service they receive, so we would really welcome the opportunity to resolve the issue with the window sills and leave things on a positive note.

Our records show your conservatory roof was completed by our Cosyroof team with no reported issues, so we're not sure this review reflects your experience with us — it's possible it may have been intended for another company, or there's been a mix-up somewhere. We can see no record of an enquiry regarding solar.
On the solar panel point: just to clarify, panels can't be fitted to conservatory roofs as the structure isn't built to take the extra weight. If you're still interested in solar for another part of the property, our sister company CosySolar would be very happy to help - just let us know and we'll have them reach out.

Brilliant, functional and looks good
Friendly and informative sales person. Explained what would happen. Construction team were very good, friendly and tidy. Roof looks lovely and works. We could use the conservatory in the heatwaves as it was warm but not too warm and when it rained we could not hear it. All in all would highly recommend especially if you have a south facing too hot conservatory.

Conservatory roof replacement
A team of 5 guys arrived around 07:30 and worked relentlessly until 18:30 to get everything finished in 1 day. Very professional and tidy. Plasterers came the day after to finish up. Everything was done to a high standard.
Very happy with the results.

Did the work quickly,efficiently and politely. It has made such a difference by replacing the original roof-top glass-work of my conservatory. As many have already stated, it is now a useable room in the summer and I am sure now the autumn is upon us it will be cosy in the winter.

The tradesmen (2) arrived worked long hours to completion & cleaned up prior to the ceiling plaster arriving, completed in 2 1/2 days. No Mess No Problems.
