Conservatory Insulations UK Reviews

Friendly, efficient and helpful service with quality workmanship and finish transforming our conservatory.

Great work by Scott and Mark,
Professional and tidy, explained what was going to be done and how it was going to be done before and during work,
Quick and efficient, polite and proffesional.
Our Conservatory is a big one and it was completed in less that 7 hours, already its made a difference to tempreture and sound when it rains outside, and looks amazing, so light and bright still.
Sarah on the telephone was helpful and friendly and Eddi who I first spoken to on the telephone was very in formative and gave a great service, assuring a great service from start to finish
Would deffinately reccomend.
All staff make a great team.

Exelant service from start to finish no pushing to buy and workmanship was outstanding

the job was done very efficiently. the men were polite and tidy, it all looks to be of good high standard.

Clear and honest quotation without any pressure selling; well organised with good communication. On the day, Scott & Mark arrived at the slotted time, explained a couple of problem areas I had and we agreed a solution, they then re-arranged their working order to work with the weather (it was raining….heavily!!!). They were efficient and tidy with little disturbance to the rest of the house; finished on time showed me and explained what they’d done, frankly left my room cleaner than when they’d arrived, taking all rubbish away with them. They were a pleasure to have in my house. Many thanks guys. The space is now much more usable, looks sleek inside and outside looks refreshed and new - a good system to turn what was a backing hot sun room into a usable space. Would recommend and would use again if I needed to.

The whole process from initial contact to completion went really well. Everything was explained clearly and I now have the year round usable room I always wanted. Many thanks to Sarah, Jordan and Will for making this such a pleasurable experience.

Highly recommended company.
Very efficient workforce and a top quality finish.
Very satisfied with the completed work which took only about 4hrs to complete.
I would suggest contacting this company before undertaking any conservatory insulation.

Very efficient from first phone call. Sarah in Sales always went the extra mile. Delighted with the work. Thompson

I was given a quote over the phone after giving the size of conservatory, and condition, also sent a couple of photos. I was not pestered for any other information. The workman arrived on time, started straight away. They did a really good clean job, Ceiling looks so nice and different. All mess was cleaned up and taken away. My husband and I were really pleased with all aspects of workmanship and would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Organised, efficient, friendly.

Time will tell on the product itself but it looks as advertised which has made the conservatory feel more like an extra room.

Great experience from start to finish Sarah was very helpful at every step and the installers Matthew and James did a great job and were finished very quickly. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to insulate their conservatory.

It was great service from start to finish.
Excellent job

I love my conservatory now, such a difference immediately to the heat it holds. The guys arrived on time and did a great job and left everything so clean and tidy and took the rubbish away. Would definitely recommend Kane, Gary and Junior and of course Conservatory Insulations UK

The whole process was seamless. The end result was far beyond my expectations. Scott, Matt, Sarah and Dylan are such a great team. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very prompt, efficient, clean and tidy.
Wonderful job very pleased with the result

From start to finish an easy positive experience from booking to installation of our conservatory roof insulation. The fitters were fast, polite and clean. Our finished ceiling in the conservatory looks amazing and smart, way better than the old dirty polycarbonate roof. Light in the room next to the conservatory seems the same as before, so the roof doesn't make it darker.

Outstanding customer service right from initial contact when considering this work. Spoke to them ( on a Sunday ) and the information and service was so comprehensive we booked immediately for the work to be carried out 5 days later. Fitting team had probably travelled 2 hours to us and were on site by 08.00am. Polite, cheerful and very efficient. The job was 95% finished and the tools packed away when we noticed a minor mark on the surface of 1 panel... An unforeseen manufacturing defect.... And so, without question the whole ceiling was taken down again so that panel could be replaced.
The installation itself is thorough, considerate of existing fittings and extremely neat & well finished.... I don't think such a pleasant professional company would represent with such confidence anything other than quality materials and products so I'm very hopeful it will perform as advertised & expected.
Recommended.

Great communication. Instant on line quote, which is a nice change. Happy with price. Happy with work. Very happy with the two installers, Jordan and Will.cleaned up when finished and took all previous fittings away. Kept us informed with progress .

We opted for a solid conservatory roof rather than blinds to prevent us from overheating in the summer and feeling too cold in the winter and we're so glad we did - and we've even more pleased we went with Conservatory Insulations! Sarah was amazing and coordinated everything for us so efficiently, her communication was great throughout. Scott and Mark came to fit the roof, they arrived at 7.30am and were leaving at 12pm having done a great job. They were both friendly and hard working and made the process so easy and the finished product is perfect. We love our new conservatory and would 100% recommend Conservatory Insulations!

From the beginning given honest and good advice.
Arrived earlier than expected but offered to wait until ready for them. The two men were polite, friendly,
kept us informed of what they were doing.
Work was done quietly, efficiently and finished earlier than I expected. Conservatory looks like a room now, so much so I have bought new furniture. Neighbours so impressed they
have decided to have theirs done. Certainly an improvement in amount of heat coming through.
