TCIC Living Reviews

I’m amazed how good the ceiling in my conservatory looks. I can’t stop looking at it! It’s given me everything I need, the privacy from having a glass roof and controlling the heat and in winter will keep it warmer with the insulation. Highly recommend this company.

Lads arrived on time, worked really well together and work finished after day and half.
Just the plasterer to finish, came today and all looks good.
Darren, Craig , Chris and Jack were all very polite and kept me informed with what they were doing.

From start to finish all the team were very efficient and polite! From choosing the right roof for me to every last detail they couldn’t of been more helpful even putting me a pelmet board all the way round lit up with dimmable spotlights which looks amazing. The roofers joiners sparky and plasterer all did a very professional job to a high standard, I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of work . WELL DONE TO THE CONSERVATORY COMPANY

Great friendly installers and left nice and clean

Fantastic job by the lads. They were done within 2 days it just requires plastering now. Very happy and now essentially have a cheap extension. Would recommend

Fantastic and professional service done on time with a great eye for detail, a competitive price with a first class service. Can’t praise them enough

The overall experience & customer service was excellent. From initial enquiry to completion, all the team were exceptionally helpful & every step was completed quickly & efficiently. They are all very knowledgeable about their product & process & give reassurance throughout. The couple of issues were resolved satisfactorily. This a very professional company that I would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent work and excellent price. Professional workmen. Worked as a team from the visit and quote and work carried out. The roof looks amazing and the workmen were quick and knowledgeable and had answers to my questions. They fully cleaned up pre leaving and were very respectful. We are so pleased we went with this company and thrilled with the results.

The company has transformed our conservatory which has enabled us to use it a lot more often. Chris and Jack carried out the work in a very efficient manner. We would not hesitate to recommend the company.

After using this company to clad the inside of my conservatory roof I felt very confident about them replacing the outside with a light weght roof. The price was competitive, communication was clear, and I didn't have to wait very long to get ithe job done. The lads worked extremely hard from early morning and made a great job. They were friendly, respectful, and tidied up well when finished. All commented on what a good boss Jamie was to work for. The insulation used was more than i expected. I love the look of the new roof, would highly recommend the company, and wish them continued success.

Very friendly professional staff brilliant at everything they did ,go the extra mile to make sure that everything was perfect and it was all spotless when done would highly recommend

This company was very professional and all the staff from the original sales contact to the fitters were extremely helpful. The fitters were Darren Craig Andrew and Gavin and they were hard working always polite and did a fabulous job converting our conservatory roof. We are really pleased and already enjoying the benefits, can't recommend them highly enough . Tony and Pat Hartley

We are so impressed with our new conservatory roof. The workmanship is fantastic. Andy and Jack took real pride in their work and did an amazing job. Our customer journey was great. Everyone I met from Stuart, the sales, manager, Tony, the surveyor, and all the lads who helped on the job impressed me and were lovely to deal with. Everything happened when they said it would. Ross finished the plastering to a very high standard. I’d asked for another wall to plastered at quite late notice, and the company, along with Ross accommodated my wish. We are very happy customers 😊.

We have recently had our conservatory roof and windows replaced by The Conservatory Insulation Company, and the transformation is nothing short of incredible - it has gone from an unusable space to fresh, bright, warm and beautifully finished – we honestly feel like we’ve gained an entirely new room!

From the very first visit, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us get the best result. They offered great advice on materials and design, and we never felt rushed or pressured. The new insulated roof has made a huge difference in comfort, especially on a hot day like today. Both the interior and exterior look fantastic, and we are highly impressed!

A huge personal thank you to the fitters - Darren, Craig, and Chris. You were all brilliant from start to finish. You were punctual and respectful of our home the whole time. Installation was surprisingly smooth and quick, with minimal disruption. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly, respectful approach made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It was a real pleasure having you on-site, and we genuinely appreciated the care you took with both the work and our home. Also, you took the time to get to know our puppy, who would also like to say a special woof!

We couldn’t be happier with the end result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Conservatory Insulation Company to anyone considering conservatory improvements. Fantastic quality, top-notch service, and an outstanding team – thank you again!

Really great company to work with. Did what they said they would do from start to finish. Special mention to Jack who stayed late to try and finish the job and then returned in a couple of days to do some snagging.
Really pleased with the end product. It has transformed the conservatory into a really usable space.

From start to finish our experience has been fantastic. Everyone has been amazing, from initial enquiry, survey, measure, installation and completion of the job. We went for a metro tiled roof with a plaster finish inside. The lads who installed our roof especially Gav were fabulous. We had some rain on the first day but everything was water tight and they did a quick job putting in long days. Can’t thank you enough and would recommend you to anyone who is thinking of having their roof converted.

Prompt, efficient team from start to finish. Helpful and respectful salesman through to efficient fitters. Work completed within a day. Throughly pleased with the finished product. Would highly recommend.

Great installation, good job done by all

The conservatory insulation company went above and beyond to fit my work in as quickly as possible and the installation went like a dream with the installers going out of their way to accommodate me. When they had finished everything was spotless and my furniture back in my conservatory. I would highly recommend this company
