Scheduling was a nightmare
Scheduling was a nightmare. I paid online and booked the lesson. I was then asked to switch the lesson to four days later. This nonsense went on forever and getting a hold of someone to sort it out did not go well. DO NOT book with this company. They offer time slots without having an instructor in place. They continue to email me without an "unsubscribe option on the email.

Scammed
Scammed. I should have done due diligence and looked into them first. I asked for a pickleball instructor in my area. Prepaid for a court nearby and instructor that they were never able to find. Asked for a refund on the same day but just got the run around. I was told the "dedicated support team" was looking into it. Crickets, nothing. Run, don't walk away from teachme.to

We had 8 pickleball lessons with 2 different coaches and it worked out great. They met us at our choice of courts and were very knowledgeable and helpful.
Teachmeto will take care of you…
Teachmeto totally took initiative on my account and reached out via phone number to get me a client. I have my own independent contracting business as a personal fitness trainer but working alongside Teachmeto has allowed a whole new level of business and marketing exposure for the services I offer.
Great Time
My experience was great!! I would appreciate for my assigned students to have a choice between 2 locations which I have authorization to teach at both.
Not really happy recently
I dint have to worry about liability when taking student, that is good. However, the fee is too high. Also in term of helping getting me new students is not so great. I have nit had new students for months regardless my positive feedback from student. I have been maitained good student rating, retention rate 5+ lesson/student, ranking top coach in nearby area. Yet, I have not been promoted to super coach. I know some of new students pick equivalent coach over me for the Super Coach title, but not neccesarily a better coach than me. I cant lower price because it is already low regarding my lesson quality.
In summary, the plattform charges a lot but does not bringing new students.

I enjoy the ease of use and access for students. I think there are several areas that could be improved upon. Adding an individual lesson option for students would be great. I’ve had a couple of students charged for full blocks that never intended for that to be the case. I don’t really understand the coach rating system I have 1 non 5 star review and my lessons per student is high yet I have been downgraded on several occasions from a 99 to a 98 and while that might not seem like a big deal I do take giving the students a great lesson very seriously and I feel my score should reflect that. Adding in a feature for lesson over a certain distance away would be really nice to see as well. For the proper amount I’d be open to expanding how far I’d be willing to go for lessons. All that being said the interface for the site is easy to use and interacting with the help portion and speaking to someone is always quick and helpful.

This review is coming from the coach perspective. I am a tennis coach for the app and have had a very pleasant experience with the platform in with the scheduling communication team. I believe that the app is working very hard behind the scenes for both coaches and clients. I believe that the app provides tremendous value for local communities and does well as a whole as a brand. Thank you for all the support you provided to the coaches!

I’ve recently joined TeachMe.To as an instructor & I am very pleased with experience. The website is very helpful when it comes to finding new clients and it’s easy to use. Highly recommend
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I canceled my subscription within 24 hours of the lesson, as I didn’t want to move forward with them (the platform is extremely confusing, they charge a 45% markup on what the teachers are making, and instead of being able to communicate directly with the instructor, you need to message them, the “support” messages the teacher, the teacher messages them back, and they message you - making something simple into an unnecessarily complicated process). Despite cancelling within their 24 hour window, they went ahead and charged me $600 and are saying they “aren’t able” to process a refund. I’m seeing a lot of reviews online of them doing similar stunts with similar results. Stay far away from this company, they aren’t BBB accredited for a reason. I wish I did more research before moving forward. Stay away and save yourself the hassle.
Edit - they are claiming I ran late to the lesson, even though I showed up on time, and the instructor had to push back the time due to his work schedule. I ended up waiting around for 30 minutes, and they are now claiming that I was the late one. I have calls and timestamps of when I arrived, but they aren’t interested in that, only interested in how they can keep my money. I liked the instructor enough, but this company cares not at all about their customers or retention. Zero attempt at compromise or resolution since it happened. Stay away.

The support team is great. They helped me get my first two students within a 1-2 week span after not really getting anything for months.

Starting off, I don’t trust Apps to much, but Customer Service Support makes a HUGE difference for me. The App itself is easy enough for me to navigate and for my clients. I Love: TeachMe.to Team enables me to utilize the App whether client is on here or not.

Took 1 lesson only and....
Took 1 lesson (went well) and decided to reach out to cancel since I had unexpected priorities arise now. (I believe it was first lesson free and you got 3 or 4 additional lesson) for around $370 or something. I cancelled after the 24 hours which I know is beyond their cancellation policy but I had some unexpected things come up so this was not planned.
I offer to even pay for the first lesson and just asked for a refund of the rest and they would not budge or work with me. I do not plan to use the rest of the other lesson so the credit situation doesn't work for me as again I had another financial priories comes up now unexpectedly. I find it hard to believe that they would not refund me for service I do not plan on receiving anymore with even the offer to pay for the 1st lesson. Where is the customer service or even being reasonable in a situation like this? Seems like a greedy business that doesn't care at the end of the day and wouldn't even work out an agreement. Even in their policy it says "typically" so it's not clear cut that you would not get a refund. Will not use in the future and will spread the word around about my situation. Very unfortunate that I will not get my money back for only 1 lesson
