This company engages in deceptive…

This company engages in deceptive advertising and practices. Please know that if you sign up for a free lesson, they will continue to charge you on a monthly basis for unwind unscheduled lessons without any pre- notification. And, canceling with your coach in writing will not stop charges. Further, if you are injured during lesson, they will continue to charge you without warning. I was charged $282.00 for one “free” lesson.

To clarify how our program works, the free lesson is an introductory offer tied to our monthly subscription model. If the subscription isn't paused or canceled after the trial, it automatically transitions into a monthly billing cycle so you don't lose your spot. We make every effort to be fully transparent about this structure, and it is clearly outlined on our checkout page, in our FAQs, and within our Terms of Service. Additionally, because our coaches focus solely on your training, all billing adjustments and cancellations must be processed directly through our platform rather than through your coach.

Teachme.to has generated a steady…

Teachme.to has generated a steady stream of students for me as a coach. They coordinate the scheduling of the initial lesson, do the billing, and pay promptly. This leaves me time to focus on the needs of the student and quality of the lesson. Their support has been responsive to my questions.

Great finding an Instructor Organization

The process is easy and my instructor was great. I highly recommend TeachMe. They made finding a Pickle ball instructor very easy and instructions for the procedure easy too. Highly recommend Trustpilot & TeachMe.

Overall

Overall, I’m very happy with my experience using TeachMe.to. They were able to connect me with a coach as soon as one became available, which I really appreciated. The process felt smooth and straightforward, and I didn’t have to wait long to get started.

So far, the service has been reliable and efficient. It’s a great option if you’re looking for guidance and want to be matched quickly with someone who can help. Looking forward to continuing my sessions!

Met Troy at the golf Club.. he is professional and very patient. He allowed me to take my time and gave me feedback back even was first time at golf range. Was a very pleasant experience.

I’ve recently downloaded the app to…

I’ve recently downloaded the app to start my baseball coaching career. Teach me.To has really helped me get into the coaching seen. I’ve now done multiple lessons as a coach and they have connected me with me with multiple students. I am looking forward to using the app and continuing my career.

Bad customer experience

I was charged monthly although I never got a chance to book any classes. There was no warning for renewal. I just happened to catch the charge pending on my card on the renewal day and reached out immediately and asked to please not renewed and to cancel my subscription. I explained I haven’t booked any classes in the last month and and that we are now financially stressed and I wouldn’t want to be charged again for a service I’m not using at the moment, but they allowed the renewal process went through anyway and only made cancelation after they charged me, telling me I can still use it as credit as a “good thing.”
Their website is also not very intuitive and overall user experience is pretty bad for a customer and support. There’s no way to cancel the subscription online unless you reach out to them. That wasn’t clear either. The app is just a comm and scheduling tool. Their support lady Hanna said they understand my situation but basically can’t do anything about it other than to help me book a lesson. It really was not a great customer experience. I don’t even write reviews anywhere or for anything but for the first time, I was truly disappointed.

We want to gently clarify that because we did not receive a cancellation request before your billing date, the system kept your subscription active and processed the renewal. We also want to clarify that you absolutely can pause or cancel your subscription directly within our mobile app at any time, though we sincerely apologize if the app layout made those features difficult to find!

After only one month rate increased 33% without approval

After only one month, lesson rate changed from about $75 per lesson to $100 per lesson through a simple email without requesting consent or approval.

My monthly auto renewal bill increased by 33%.
When I noticed the charge on the day of the renewal, I immediately canceled the subscription and asked for a refund. Customer Service refused refund or return to advertised and pre-agreed $75/lesson rate. BEWARE.

Hi Francois. We completely understand why seeing a sudden increase on your monthly bill is so frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for the stress this caused. Because our coaches operate independently, they control their own pricing and occasionally adjust their rates. When this happens, our system automatically sends an email notice well in advance, so students have time to approve, pause, or cancel. Since we didn't receive a cancellation request before your billing date, the system processed the renewal automatically.

That being said, we deeply value your experience as a student and want to make sure you feel treated fairly. Our leadership team has just reached out to you directly to offer a fair resolution. Please reply to our message as soon as you can so we can get this sorted out for you ASAP!

Buyer protection, local coaches, and real reviews. 5 Stars!

I used TeachMe.To to book my very first golf lesson and the whole experience was fantastic. Being a beginner, I loved that I could read through instructor reviews and filter for someone right near my house. Knowing they have buyer protection gave me the peace of mind to finally just go for it! I ended up choosing Jeshua, and he was incredible. By the end of our first lesson, I was already seeing the ball travel noticeably further. Highly recommend this platform!
