Extra special service, The delivery team Brian & Paul provided a brilliant service, delivering a large number of crates to the second floor of our building assisting in making sure they were stacked at a safe height for the staff to use. Thank you

Paul and Brian were brilliant and were very polite. Poor Paul had to bring the crates up stairs as the lifts weren't working. Police and very helpfull.

I have been using tea crate for years. Not only the best quality supplier of products but the team are outstanding. From Nicky in the office to Shane in the Warehouse nothing is too much trouble and they have bailed me out of many a difficult situation over the years. Wouldn't go anywhere else and neither should you.

I have ordered and paid for packaging materials one week ahead of my customer moving day.
On the pick up I was told that not all my materials are in stock.
Wasted my time next day on the phone to management to explain my needs that I need that otherwise wont be able to pack.
Once arrived staff was not aware of situations
The manager old guy without front teeth said to me to shut up.…., otherwise call police on me?

An easy process from start to finish. Ordered our packaging materials
online with the option to collect as we didn't have enough for a delivery. Arrived at the collection depot in Southall where Paul and Alex from the warehouse had the order all ready to go. No fuss. No waiting. Fantastic service and great staff

I had ordered a collection of 100 crates from my yard but when the guys arrived there were over 200 crates to collect. Even though there was more than double the original amount,Andy and Paul were happy to take them even though they had another large collection after my job. Great service as always!

I recently used Teacrate for IT crate rentals for our office move. The weekly rental cost was reasonable, their system was easy to use for booking and they were reliable in dropping off the crates.

My only negative is that I tried on two occasions to get an estimated time for the crates collection on the Monday so that I could make arrangements to be available at the collection address. Firstly on the Friday afternoon I was told that I needed to phone back at 9am on the Monday. When I did, I was then told the vehicles were not yet routed, it was likely to be late afternoon and someone will phone me back with a time. The driver then phoned me just before midday to say that he was downstairs at the pick up location. Thankfully, I was there but that courtesy ETA call I was promised would've been helpful in organising logistics, as I was between the old and new address and I could have very well missed the collection as I was told it would likely be late pm. Other than this, the service was generally good.

We had a great experience with PHS. Anna Matusiak provided good communication, and made sure we received and had our crates collected seamlessly.

Had a request for crates and had a really grate service from Ana. Every question i had was answered and executed so quickly and politely Thanks very much Ana

Worst create hire company out . Stay well way they will try and screw you over .

At first i was very impressed with Teacrate till i discovered how sneaky they are stealing money from customers.
We had an agreed returned a
/ collection date, the guys came and collected the rented crates.
So they did and even can be a collection note.

This was on the 20th Jan. No calls no nothing… surprisingly on the 04th Feb a payment goes off of £26.88, and again the 11th and the 17th. Reference on the bank account didn’t state “Teacrate”, no but “rentacrate.co.R/T” Not the same as the original reference of “Teacrate”. Tried googling the comp, no company under that name.

Called the back reported it as fraud. So my bank card has been stopped, and i have to pay for the replacement fee, and the inconvenience to be without a back card for 10 days due to someone else’s negligence.

Lack of common sense in this company. Why would house move keep 40 big crates in their house. Huh???? That hard. No too easy to steal money from people hoping they dont pick it up.

No one from Teacrate bothered to call or email me about this, no just billed me.very unprofessional and ethical.

No teacrates personnel conveniently forgot to scan the crates back in after i received a collection note. Dont tell me it’s a human error or honest mistake, thats a lie, then you would have called or emailed to check. I am surely not the first person this has happened to.

I am NOT happy and not satisfied with this company! Not at all!

And look on google, more reviews like this on there, no co-incidence
