We are refurbishing our home. As ordinary punters we used PHS Teacrates to store our personal items. The team have been a real pleasure to deal with. From Shane in the warehouse to Monika and Ana in the admin team, they have been really helpful and supportive. Not often you find companies that try to sort out the customer's problems. We are individual users and did have some issues. They were really understanding and supportive at a stressful time. Highly highly recommended

Kelly Saund gave us a brilliant service. Our client over ordered and then refused to take delivery of some crates, Kelly not only accepted this with grace but also refunded us on the spot. Highly recommended.

I ordered 4 Teacrates, then added 2 more. These were to pack away the stuff, books, pictures, ornaments, glass & crystal to allow the clearance of our largest room to be decorated & lay a new carpet. Delays with the decorator and a Covid extra week, before the carpet was laid, just added the extra weeks to the costs which remained very affordable.
Pickup from the Curdworth (Birmingham) Depot was straightforward. Paul, who helped me then was also there to help book the crates back in. He was let down by the printer but went the extra mile to email the confirmation of returns and proof of collections to me. Rob McGonigle.

We recently rented 60 crates from phs Teacrate for our move to new offices and don't know how we would have managed without them. The whole process from ordering to return was seamless and a discounted rental rate for charities was an added bonus!

Would definitely use phs Teacrate again should we ever need to move in the future.

We have used PHS Teacrates for over six months with weekly requests for a minumum of fifty crates for delivery to sites all over England. They have never let us down, always delivering on the day requested, even early on some occasions. Ana is always extrememly helpful and courteous.

This morning 10/12, we have received the best delivery service, I dare say, ever.
Paul and Alex were both extremely helpful. They have offered us their help although I suppose they are not required to go to such extent as carrying over a 1000 boxes a bit of a distance to our storage unit in the back of the office.
They were extremely polite and have carried out their job faultlessly.

Excellent service once again from Ian branch manager at Bristol, always keeps us informed on delivery times.

The Edmonton team are easy to work with, customer-focussed and flexible, they have been a pleasure to work with and the cleaning results are great
