Second time I have used Pluscrates. Excellent service. Crates in as new condition. Arrived on time. Collected on time. Reasonable prices. I had to extend the hire period. This was reasonably easy. Used the crates as we had to empty our kitchen for a complete new installation. All done now. Thanks.

Easy to deal with, came on time, friendly. Did exactly what they said they would do and when. That doesn't always happen nowadays.

Everyone was really helpful especially when I had to change dates for collection a couple of times!!

I was really happy with the service I received from pluscrate! The quality, and cleanliness of the boxes were great, and the entire process was extremely easy. I will definitely use them again if I have to move house.

Excellent service with seamless delivery & collection. Sent crates early due to a shortage of delivery vehicles but that worked fine for us and was communicated clearly & helpfully. Would definitely use again.

Boxes were strong and sturdy. Arrived on time. The guys that delivered and picked up were very pleasant too

Excellent service from start to finish. Ordering on their website was really straightforward, as was paying. The delivery and collection happened on time and the quality of the crates themselves was excellent. We had to extend a week and customer service from the team was first class. 

If doing this again, I’d use them without hesitation.

They charged my credit card right away when I placed the order. They were scheduled to deliver the crates today. No call to confirm delivery time. No delivery. No answer to my calls or questions online. Now I am stuck with movers about to come and I don't have anything packaged up and ready for my move.

I don't even know what to do from here. I will now be stuck paying for an expedited service from somewhere else and it will probably still miss my moving date.

Update: I’ve changed my 1 star to 3 because they realised they missed our delivery and quickly corrected it the next morning. The crates are here and they look really nice. Thank you.

Delivered and collected on time, easy to work with and great service

The order got lost. Day late on delivery. Driver wasn’t amused when he found 4 steps to get to reception floor. First comment was not the best. We can cancel your order then ! Not amused he had to do a little extra to deliver crates. Had to supply one of my own men to assist with crates up to the floor and into office ! Office staff are really good and very helpful tho.
