phs Wastekit Reviews

I’ve been using PHS services for a while now and they’ve been excellent. Response times are consistently fast any time I’ve reached out, I’ve had an answer the same day. What really sets them apart, though, is how proactive they are: they regularly check in to see if I have items ready for collection before I’ve even thought about putting in a request. It takes the admin off my plate entirely and means nothing sits around waiting. Reliable, organised, and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Angelina always provides excellent customer service. She is consistent in checking in with us regarding our stock levels and is always quick to respond. Orders are always processed efficiently and she makes the process easy. Always very friendly and helpful - thanks Angelina!

Fast response and delivery

Angelina is always very helpful, professional, and reliable. She is consistently on top of everything, pays attention to detail, and makes sure things are handled efficiently and promptly. She is always willing to help and goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Her positive attitude and support are truly appreciated. Highly recommended!

We have a very tight SLA agreement with our client, i ask with plenty notice for an appointment which meets our 5 day agreement which was arranged.
Unfortunately the engineers day over ran & he didn't attend. After receiving notification of his no show, I pointed out my frustration about potentially failing our PPM. we still had two days to complete our PPM to prevent the failure, Michael went above & beyond to accommodate us, got an engineer to attend the next day then forwarded the report immediately so task could be closed. Thanks again
