Team Covenant Reviews

The subscription service has worked great for me. All the newest Marvel Champions and Arkham Horror LCG stuff arrives when it’s released, as a fair price with reasonable shipping. I can’t recommend them enough if you live in the US.

I've been ordering card game products from Team Covenant for about 10 years now, from the old FFG LCGs up through Alpha Clash, Sorcery, Gudnak, and Earthborne Rangers. I've had nothing but positive experiences, and the staff is very knowledgable, friendly, and easy to get into contact with.

Ordered Hubworld Aidalon preview decks internationally to UK. Shipped the same day in at my door within 10 days. I've used Covenant once previously for Arkham Horror LCG player boards and tokens during lockdown and shipping took 3mths (understandable!) but always responsive to questions and concerns. International shipping is not cheap but in line with other shipping options. Service however has always been top notch. The team is very responsive on discord and a positive helpful community there to boot.

I have been buying from TC all the way back in the days when they sold The Spoils (we are talking like 2010?). I have spoken with multiple of the guys on the phone and I can honestly say they are great. From their very competitive prices to excellent customer service I have always been satisfied.

On top of just ordering normal products from them I have ordered tokens. And even subscribed to them for subscriptions. I have ordered Netrunner data packs. And also bought Keyforge from them too. Always been satisfied and fairly treated.

So to summarize, whether you buy TCGs, ECGs, or anything else in between you can’t go wrong with TC. They have had their growing pains. But always come through in the end. Two thumbs up! And skeleton crew 4ever!

My product was in great condition and arrived on time I have had 4 or 5 orders from them all good Thank You

Fast and friendly, got my replacement to me in less time than it took to fill out the replacement request

I'm exaggerating of course, but only a little

Flawless service and fast shipping. I love the new website

I have been a customer of theirs for 5 years, and would rate them 10/5 if I could.

Highly communicative.

I have had a subscription for Ashes Reborn expansions for a long time and have had nothing but good experiences. I also recently purchased Earthborne rangers through them and everything arrived quickly and as expected. This is a great company!

This is the second order I've received from Team Covenant and I am once again very impressed with the timely delivery to somewhere as remote as New Zealand.

Fantastic Company. Fantastic People!

My first experience, I ordered some items. They arrived no issue. Next I preordered a couple of Sorcery Gothic boxes. The communication was good. I was able to easily add to the order. I was updated as the order progressed. It was shipped to arrive on time. It ultimately didn't arrive on time but the was a UPS issues, not TC. I would happily do business again.

I’ve had a reoccurring order set up ever since Sorcery was released and Team Covenant has made every order perfect for me. This has been a great site to order from. Thank you!

I have been getting my Marvel Champions product from them since having issues with buying directly from FFG. They have been helpful in their purchasing guides online and have a lot of gameplay for product they are passionate about. I would highly recommend choosing them as a main supplier.

Been using Team Covenant's subscription service for years and it's amazing. No worrying about missing a release or having to travel to find a product.

TC has been a great local game store and is staffed by a group who works hard to make sure their customers have a next level experience. They work hard to make sure that they handle their part in every order and only carry the items they believe in. Support Indie and support local

Every interaction I've had with with TC over the last 4 years has been absolutely phenomenal. I constantly am recommending them to people and I make sure to tune into anything they're doing. They've more than earned my trust which in this day and age is saying something. Keep up the great work!

This is a great company. They support amazing game creators and allow them to make and distribute amazing games. They are also a great source of news. I have gotten all my subscription orders on top.

I have been dealing with team covenant for years and have always had an excellent experience. Communication is always a top priority for them.

Team Covenant has been providing me great service over the 5 years that I've come to know them. Response times when needed have been fantastic in my personal experiences. And great people all around.
