Team Covenant Reviews

Used them for Earthborne Rangers stuff to the UK. No bother.

I've been using Covenant's subscription services for collectible card games for years. I always receive my products on the day they're released (or at most a day later, if the mail is slow). Also, they've always been very communicative about any delays from the game company. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

I’ve ordered multiple card games from Team covenant over the last few years and the service has always been outstanding. Fast shipping, secure packaging, great website. Super reliable.

When my package was re-routed to a different state, I thought it was lost for good. Team Covenant worked with both me and the carrier to find the package and ensure it arrived safely. They were with me every step of the way with constant communication and positivity. Will absolutely continue my subscription with them. Highly recommend!!

Great customer service. Last order shipped within a day and arrived right on time.

I’ve been a customer of their subscription services since 2021, and it always amazes me how smooth the process is and how well it works. I just received my most recent delivery in November 2025, and everything went smoothly again. They make it easy to never miss a new product expansion and it arrives to me quickly on launch.

Ordered Gundak through Covenant, as well as a set for Thanksgiving for family overseas.
Honest and informative (and numerous!) reviews of the game, easy website interface, excellect communication throughout, fast getting the products to the shipping agencies, great community.

More than anyone can ask for. Definitely looking at signing up to their Marvel Champions subscription.

Really top quality products, never had a problem with shipping and pricing. Their subscription model is really convenient.

I've placed six orders with TC since the pandemic began. Everything has always arrived quickly and in decent shape. The Subscription options are more clear now and remain helpful in ensuring I don't miss any updates to Earthborne Rangers.

I have used team covenant for my subscriptions for various games for over 5 years and they have been very straight forward and conscientious about how they treated me.

I have a renewing subscription for Sorcery and have ordered outside of that several time. Great service! Shipping is excellent, and on time! Great communication through discord and other channels as well

Team Covenant has been nothing but amazing to deal with over the last 10 years that I've interacted with them.

From setting up subscriptions for desired products, to ordering some loose ends needed for the games they service, to the community they've built over the years, TC has done anything and everything I've needed over the years!

I have had nothing but incredible interactions and look forward to continuing to pick up my cards and comics through them for the franchises I participate in!

I ordered some Bulk Box card storage from Team Covenant twice over the past six months and both times the items (which are relatively fragile) arrived in perfect condition in a quick timeline. Great product and great customer service.

I bought a game that shipped on time. When it showed up it had cosmetic damage on the box. Customer service answered and addressed my concerns in a timely manner and were very polite.

I've ordered many products over the years, and I've always been extremely satisfied with everything, the price, the shipping, the customer support. It's a real store run by real people who are passionate about games. I really appreciate all the video content they make. This has helped me discover new products and make better buying decisions. I am so happy making my game purchases with a company who understands the hobby and appreciates me as a customer.

Absolute GOATs of the TCG world! I've learned so much watching their YouTube series and purchased multiple times from their website! Service has always been stellar and shipping fast and without issue! Love that they have exclusive agreements with up and coming creators and really give the products they sell their full attention - and only sell products they truly believe in!

Not sure why a lot of the reviews are negative.

I have only had wonderful experiences with Team Covenant. Their shipping is quick, and Evan at the support team was more than helpful in consolidating some orders that happened around the same time.

Would happily shop with them again!

Great experience easy to adjust subscriptions with orders and gives notice way in advance of things need to be changed.

Been happily ordering from Team Covenant for 10 years now. Their subscription options are great for staying current with the products you're interested in and their growing collection of supported games has something for everyone!

Great selection, great people, heartfelt care not only about you as a customer but about gaming as an ecosystem. Nothing but fast accurate service from them for years. Literally the Friendly Local Game Store we all wish we had...and with a little postage and/or a quick browse over to YouTube you basically can!

Always Be Running, Steven and Zach!
