Bought some baseball pants- been trying to contact service for 30 days- no responses - some crazy story that they are moving their service department- NEVER BUY FROM THEM if you are thinking you can make a return. They don’t care enough to respond
I got an email from them 2.5 weeks after starting....asking for item number...I responded that one now 4 times over the last 2 weeks and no response again.
Awful Service

No follow up on my order, they WILL NOT answer the phone and have not responded to my emails. I'm disputing my credit card charge and never buying from this store again.

The items I ordered 9 days ago have not come in. It's been 9 days and I still have not received an email informing me the items have been shipped. I've emailed customer support only to receive a response that they have received an increase in messages and they will respond to me later. I've called their telephone number (during their stated business hours) only to be told by an automated system "no customer support representatives are available to take your call...please call back later".

They lie about shipping!!! Email said 3-5 days and customer service says 10 business days!!! That’s a HUGE difference in time...

Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 items and paid for 2nd day air. I received one item in 2 days. The other item is still not here after 10 business days. I emailed customer service and they replied saying it takes 5 to 7 days before it will ship. 2 days later I called and a lady from customer service talked in circles and said that she did not know where it was at and that now it takes 7 to 10 business days to ship. I will be calling Monday morning to get a refund. I have ordered many items from other companies and every time I have paid for 2nd day air, that is what I get, my order delivered in 2 days. This is the first and last time I buy anything from team express. Prices were average but service is terrible. I needed the jacket for a high school playoff game, thanks for nothing team express.

I found exactly what I wanted and at a lower price than anywhere else. They even gave me free 2 day express shipping! Would definitely suggest this site to others; it was a quick and easy experience.

Sizes to small and package arrived late even though we ordered two day express but luckily customer service was happy to refund the shipping so ,not so bad

Customer service is always great and shipping is always fast. My son needed a bat for a weekend tourney and it was Tuesday. I ordered the bat that day and it came on Thursday before his practice. Amazing

My son loves the Team Express baseball pants that I purchased for him. He prefers the Knicker pants over the long pants. They are really good for these extremely hot days here in southern Cali.

Great selection and fast delivery. One issue with a glove, but it was taken care of quickly with no issues.
