Great selection of teas. Good products. Great service.

There are 2 things this company does well: highly visualized and informative online catalog with lots of useful information, reviews and details, and a great service experience - as a customer I always feel free to contact the company on any issue, and I always receive answers and solutions that leave me satisfied, including replacements to the stuff that I had previously purchased and felt not quite happy with.

The first time I placed an order from TeaVivre.com was in September 2020. Because of their excellent customer service and the quality and value of teas they offer, I've place 11 more orders as of August 2024. They offer frequent discounts and sales events and have a customer loyalty point system and option to get free shipping. I would highly recommend considering TeaVivre.com when looking to make your next tea purchase.

I'm going to hold off a genuine complaint until my second order arrives, but yesterday an order arrived to my house, only for me to find 2 teas in it instead of 5. The 3 samples I ordered nowhere to be found. I do have a second order arriving, I don't know if maybe the 3 samples were put into that order (I placed the two orders within a few hours of each other) I'm hoping they were just sent with the other order, and they weren't just forgotten about, but if they were, I will be disappointed because that would be the first time I've ever been let down by Teavivre (I've been ordering from them for a couple years now with no complaints). With that aside, the 2 teas I ordered, very nice. The one black tea I got had a very nice, freeze-dried strawberry aroma which was very nice, and had a flavor similar to sweet potato which was unexpected but still tasted good. The other black tea in the order had a dark, honey-like taste which I greatly enjoyed.

Great variety of teas, fast shipping, smooth buying process. They even keep your points after years, I completely forgot that I had enough points to get a glass pitcher for free.
I can't give 5 stars though because the search engine on the site is a bit slow and the results are not great.
The whole website could use a redesign.
For example each tea should have the same layout for the information. As it is now it's not easy to find the steep time for example. If every tea description page follows the same layout (history, steeping guide, etc.) it would be better.
I will buy again.

Love that every purchase comes with some free samples. I have been able to try a variety of amazing teas that I would have never considered.

Love these cups. They are a great size for drinking quality tea. Small enough to have a couple cups a brew but large enough you can do other things like use the computer and drink from them easily.

The best part is that when it fell off my desk I pictured it shattering but the cup took it like a champ and didn't even have a dent or crack.

There is a full detailed description of every tea. TeaVivre has a larger selection of quality teas than all the other online tea stores.
