Warranty is a sham! Overpriced items that break immediately. Their website clearly states satisfaction guarantees which they don’t honour, they just ignore your emails. Disgusting company - not sure how it can exist.

Worst customer service experience, EVER! Not only did their courier service deliver to the wrong address, they took photos of my package with its address label next to the street number of the wrong house. Then when requesting a refund, I had to email them pictures of my house as proof. I still have not received a refund, and it has been 7 days of constant back and forth with customer service. It is not worth the Hassel!

Avoid this company! Horrible customer service. Paid for express shipping and it's been over a week. Customer service ignored multiple requests to refund the shipping, and doesn't even seem to understand hat I'm still waiting for my item.
Edit: i finally got my item after 10 days. The customer service department is refusing to cover return shipping.

Yes, they loved it, but if got stuck way too easy. I'm disabled and it became a chore to me. It got stuck and shut down in places it could easily get out of. Hey, you got a kid with the energy to unstick it. Buy it. If not, it will only entertain them for a minute, before you have to get up.

Dropshipped garbage under a different branding (PetGravity). Fake website and overcharging on a product that can be bought elsewhere for much cheaper

Better marketing than products, was hopeful that based on the price it would be better than the similar stuff on Amazon, nope same crap. This is just a dropshipper with no local inventory, save yourself some pain and avoid.

I ordered 2 turbo tail toys nd received 2 entirely different items.

I had the same experience that everybody else is talking about. I got just a knockoff toy that can be bought on Amazon or Walmart way cheaper. I already contacted my credit card company. I tried to contact them to get my money back no response. My package came smashed, from overseas, and just like everybody else it had the pet gravity branding. They have nothing to do with a company named Teazys. Do not buy from them!!!!!!

Just a cheap toy that you can find on Aliexpress. The whole website and marketing is stolen from Wloom.com who make real smart cat toys. This is just a cheap knock off.

Scam. These come from Amazon for $15.

Ordered two TurboTail 2.0s in July. Received the order after a week - was surprised to find the toys came in generic PetGravity boxes with no Teazy branding at all. The items they sell are basically the same as the ones you can easily buy on Amazon, but more expensive. Checking back on their website, you can't click on the reviews, so should have known better. Contacted their support channel to ask what was going on - no reply at all. Buyer beware!

As the other victim in the comments mentioned. Generic packaging. Doesn't mention the brand. Says petgravity. False advertising about how long it last in comparison. This website should be offline and the people behind it sent to court.

PSA for anyone considering buying: I thought I was supporting an independent company by purchasing through this site. They make a big deal on their website about not buying "ripoffs" from ebay or amazon, so I decided to trust them. 🤦

Nope. Came in a generic black package from overseas, didn't even say Teazys on it, packaging inside is entirely Pet Gravity branded. Again, no mention of Teazys. This is a scam. (and they really had the nerve to email me to ask for a review).
