I was pleasantly surprised when my laptop arrived, graded as ‘Good’ the condition looked as if it was brand new, I would definitely recommend to friends and family

First class everything
First class everything! I ordered a laptop on Thursday at 2.30pm after calling to check dispatch times. I was assured the laptop would be with me Friday if I ordered by 3.30pm. I did so, although a little sceptical as I also wanted a memory upgrade to my laptop. Within minutes, I received confirmation of my order. True to their word, it arrived 2pm the next day. I ordered a B+ refurbished laptop. It is immaculate, as if just out of the box. Not a blemish to be found. I cannot praise this company highly enough. If you are in the market for a new laptop (or refurbished) please give this company serious consideration.

I know where I'm shopping for my next laptop
What can I say? I'm absolutely impressed. Service was excellent, laptop was a steal in my book pricewise, and delivery was extremely quick. Who needs backmarket?
I sincerely hope you guys do very well and keep growing. If you are ever on Crowdcube I might just invest.

Good choice and variety of appliances
Good choice and variety of appliances. Ordering was straightforward, delivery unbelievably quick. I did make a mistake in my order by accepting a US keyboard as opposed to the UK one I am familiar with, I wish the differences had been made more obvious on the website as it was only when I came to use it that I realised my mistake. However the company have promised to send me stickers to mark the correct UK keys

Tech Bazaar kindly held 6 units for us, until we could get the payment processed. One of our units was damaged and you immediately offered us a credit for our next purchase. Delivery was next day.
